沙布拉工业第三季亏124万
2017年11月18日
（吉隆坡17日讯）归咎于营业额减少和营运成本提高，沙布拉工业（SAPIND，7811，主板工业产品股）在截至10月杪第三季，蒙受123万7000令吉净亏或每股亏1.7仙，不过仍宣布派发每股2仙股息。
沙布拉工业昨天向交易所报备，去年同期是净利159万令吉或每股2.18仙。
沙布拉工业解释，营运成本提高归咎于原料进口价格上涨，以及投入在劳工和生产相关开销。
另外，为了于10月推出的新零件，该公司在该季也投入了一笔非经常开销，用作厂房重组活动。
该季营业额也从去年同期的5612万6000令吉，按年减少10.2%至5039万5000令吉，归咎于市场对代工生产（OEM）的需求量减少。
累计首9个月，净亏为213万2000令吉或每股2.93仙，去年同期净利258万令吉或每股3.55仙；营业额报1亿4837万7000令吉，按年萎缩1.7%。
尽管面对亏损，沙布拉工业仍宣布派发每股2仙的中期股息，低于去年同期派出的每股3仙；除权日为12月22日，于明年1月24日派息。【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of Sapura Industrial Berhad ("SIB") wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sapura Machining Corporation Sdn Bhd (Company No. 135718-A) (“the Purchaser”) has on 5 September 2018 entered into a supplemental letter with MENTERI BESAR NEGERI SEMBILAN (PEMERBADANAN) (“the Landowner”) and BSS DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD (Company No. 689638-X) (“the Vendor”) (“Supplemental Letter”) to revise the payment schedule for the balance purchase price set out in Second Schedule of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 30 March 2018 between the Purchaser, the Landowner and the Vendor ("SPA").
Following the signing of the Supplemental Letter: (1) 20% of the Purchase Price shall be paid within one (1) month after the Purchaser has been notified in writing that unconditional consent to charge the Property has been obtained from the State Authority, instead of within fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date; and
(2) No goods and services tax shall be paid for the remaining 90% of the Purchase Price.
