想请问一些tnb的权利。。。。

以前如果是没还电费，通常都是寄出一封红信警告你要在7天或14天之内清还的。但现在tnb并没有预先发出红色警告信的情况下派职员前来说直接要割电。这些人手上会拿着一封已经过了限期的红信给你，他们不会直接割，他们通常都会先问你“macam mana”。意思也就是说要喝茶钱。你不给，他就割电。就算你告诉他你现在就去还（tnb就在附近）他还是做莫做样的想要拿钱。在不给他们就不会理会那么多就割店。

为什么红色警告信不是预先寄来，而是等到已经过了限期才有职员直接拿来？（这样他们就有机会要钱了）
每个月都有还电费，只不过是cagaran tertunggak欠700多（cagaran tertunggak一直在增加）。
当职员拿警告信来时，你告诉他你现在就直接去tnb还电费。他们有权利不理会而直接割吗？（除非你付喝茶钱）

我的老闆租apartment 給人，tenant 已經有四個月沒有還rental,我的老闆不要租了，但是tenant不要搬。
Do police report, police advice my boss cut the apartment electricity and water supply.

我的老闆到TNB, 想cancel the electricity account, the TNB front desk staff 告訴我的老闆，the outstanding of this account is about RM430. They have cutting power on july 2010, but the tenant ask the electrical reconnect the meter again (without settle a cent to TNB).

The only way to stop the electricity supply is that my boss cancel the account, and TNB will take off the meter Provided that the meter is outside the house!!! (otherwise, they cannot do anything!!!)

really only Malaysia Boleh!!!!
