在哪间本地大学读房屋律师比较好呢？？

    哈哈……没有说有专门攻读房屋的法律系的。你一定要攻读四年的法律系课程（本地国立大学）。而你说的“房屋”应该是牵涉到合约比较多吧。

所以无论如何我都得读完全部的LAW咯？？
就连CRIMINAL LAW离婚的我都得读？？

如果你要成为律师：
1）如楼上所说，进本地大学。
2）进私立大专，修读3年，总共12科。其中包括，Criminal LAW， 离婚的（Family law 是optional ).

    you want to be a lawyer which is specialized in housing, then you need to study law in local or private universities. However, there are no such university which is only train their students specialized in housing cases. In addition, you to be a lawyer specialized in housing, then you should master in land law, tort, contract law and so on and it's compulsory for a law students to study family law, admin law, constitutional law, jurisprudence, international trade law, criminal and civil procedure, company law and etc.

In malaysia, lawyers will divide into three types which will incharge different fields of cases : litigation (litigation in criminal or civil) which is need to go to the court; convincing (which is specialized in paper work, contracts and seldom need to go to the court) and corporate. so, you when  you graduated, you can go to a firm which is specialized in convincing cases. In KL, the firm are famous in convincing cases is Sidek Teoh Wong and Dennis.

But if you interested in crimal, i recommend you become a DPP (Deputy Public Prosecutor) which is just 2 years contract with government and you have a lot of chances go to high court and you salary is quite high within this two years ~~~hahaha

老实说~~
你们所说的东西，我还真的不明白耶~~

简单来说，
SPM WITH A CREDIT IN BM -〉 STPM/A-LEVELS or equivalent -> LLB(3+0/2+1）FROM 私立大专-〉至少2：2 （Second lower) * ->考律师文凭 CLP -〉实习9个月-〉call to the bar(正式成为律师）。过后你做什么律师由你。

*如果是本地大学（UM，UKM，UUM， MMU），无需考CLP。
  如果是拿伦敦大学法律学士课程，一定要拿2：2方可以考CLP。然而，如果是2+1 的话，3 class也可以考。。。。。
