haha, i also not quite sure.
My senior say maybe is cold water make the lipids float above emulsion, so u add Sudan III, the top layer will become red.
But teacher say water is needed for emulsion. And maybe, maybe!! the cold temperature is the optimum temperature for emulsion reaction happens.
He tells me to make experiment to find out self :O
