the charges is depend on how complicated of the project..mind to share some background of the existing system?

Can I know more detail about your DOS Program
before I could advice you on the charges and the requirements needed to convert it to a web application.

数据库转换应该没问题，可是处理业务的程式逻辑，由于使用的语言不一样，转换到web平台的时候，操作环境也不一样，阁下确定是要对program进行转换吗？或许可以进一步，详细的说说，你的要求。 |
