| | Students involved in National Service Batch 2 must report to the College latest by Monday, 31 May 2010. |

| | Failureto report by the aforesaid date will affect your class attendancerequirement and you may not be eligible to sit for the Collegeexamination at the end of Semester 1. |

| 2. | Submission of Documents (after payment of fees/when you report to the College) |
| | You are to submit the following documents to the Admissions Division: |
| | - Aphotocopy of your validated offer letter (or a copy of the computergenerated receipt for payment of fees made through PbeBank.comCollection Service).
- Completed Declaration Form
- 1 copy of passport-sized photograph
- 1 copy of TARC Merit Scholarship Terms and Conditions (for TARC Merit Scholar)

| 3. | Certification & Verification of Results* |
| | Ifyour results were not certified by TARC officer during the submissionof your application form, you are required to produce the original and a photocopy of your SPM/STPM/A-Levels results slip/certificate to the respective school抯 office not later than Friday, 18 June 2010.

| 4. | Making of Student ID Card* |
| | TheStudent ID Card serves as an important identification document forentry into the campus as well as accessing facilities and services inthe College.

| | Pleasecheck the schedule for making of ID Card in the College website/noticeboard 1 week before the commencement of the programme.

| 5. | Online Verification of New Student Particulars* |
| | You are required to verify your student particulars prior to making your student ID card at the Cyber Centre.
