Burn Windows 7 (Bootable) 加其他软件的问题！

我要Burn一片Windows 7 Ultimate加上其他Format之后会有用到的Software(如: Adobe Reader 9, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Microsoft Office, Media Player Classic, Winrar等)在一起，但是我用Nero6或7都burn不到，他一直显示[The file “install.wim” is larger than 2GB. For bootable compilation such large files cannot be added], 除了Nero,还有什么其他的软件可以burn Windows 7加其他软件的Software吗?
