生产商：原料价格稳定 塑料包装需求量料增

（槟城7日讯）塑料包装原料生产商预料，由于原料价格稳定，该领域产品需求量今年将上升。

两家上市公司信利资源（SLP）和通源工业（Thong Guan Industries）负责人指 ，由于中国额外供应塑料树脂，今年塑料树脂价格将保持稳定。不过，工程塑料需求相信将在首季随着电子及半导体市场放缓。

信利资源董事经理许坤池说，中国市场放缓并增加供应额 ，会造成树脂价格更具竞争力。

他说，由于全球工厂面对生产技术问题，造成树脂供应经常中断，从而有助稳定价格。

过去4星期，塑料树脂价格徘徊在每吨1300美元，在2011年中为1200美元。

“除非出现不可预见的情况，我们预测价格将维持在这个水平。”

首季销售额比去年好
他说，首季的销售额预料比去年同期好。

“第一季通常比较安静，但我们这一季的订单已满，多数来自日本、澳洲、纽西兰及欧洲。”

他说，本地市场则因为华人新年假期多而趋向平静。

他指出，该公司在居林的的生产线目前已全面运作。

“我们计划在下半年投资650万令吉以设立另一条生产线，把产量从去年的3万吨提高6%。”

通源工业董事经理拿督洪本铨说，由于日本、澳洲纽西兰及中东订单稳定，今年首季预料比去年同期好。

他说，额外的树脂供应造成价格稳定，也使到他们的产品价格更具竞争力，从而吸引更多采购。

他说，一旦雪佛龙菲利普斯和埃克森美孚公司位于沙地阿拉伯及新加坡的石化厂分别完成，将供应更多额外树脂。

雪佛龙菲利普斯厂位于新加坡的石化厂将在2012第一季度动工，估计每年可生产超过300万公吨树脂，其中110万公吨是广泛用于消费和工业包装产品的聚乙烯树脂。

至于埃克森美孚位于新加坡的工厂，每年可生产超过200万公吨的聚乙烯树脂。

工程塑料板材品需求料跌10％
对于工程塑料用于消费电子产品的需求，Cepco贸易有限公司负责人说，工程塑料树脂和热塑性塑料板材产品的需求预测将下降约10％。

该公司董事占森·林（Jansen Lim）说，市场疲软和树脂塑料价格高昂，是造成首季需求量放缓的原因之一。他说，工程塑料树脂价格目前是每吨约2000美元，比上月的定价提高约7％。

“很多客户都在等待工程塑料价格下降才购买，虽然市场疲弱，但工程塑料树脂价格仍然上涨，因为石油价格飞涨。”

他说，该公司估计首季每月可生立约250吨的塑料片，去年首季则月产270吨。

不过，他说，该公司因为最近几个月令吉疲软而利润有所改善。

（吉隆坡8日讯）信利资源（SLP，7248，主板工业产品股）产品销量增加，带动次季净利上扬7.73%，宣布派发每股1仙中期股息。

公司次季净利报250万9000令吉，优于上财年同期的232万9000令吉。

相比去年的3940万9000令吉，次季营业额按年扬升15.3%，达到4544万1000令吉。

信利资源次季派发每股1仙股息，除权日期是9月26日，支付日期为10月17日。

明年增新生产线 信利冀PE包装贡献翻倍

（乔治市30日讯）信利资源（SLP，7248，主板工业产品股）计划，明年将聚乙烯（简称PE）薄规格塑料包装材料对营业额的贡献翻倍。

目前，PE薄规格塑料包装材料对营业额的贡献为16%。

信利资源董事经理许双全（译音）表示，计划在明年增添8条生产线，位于居林（Kulim）厂房的生产线将从47条，增至55条。

“今年，我们将安装6条生产线。”

根据《星报》报道，日本、纽西兰和澳洲客户消费者和工业业者，对该包装材料有相当需求，因这能让客户节约25%成本。

许双全表示，随着海外囤货及末季的节庆假期，他预见海外将带来更多销售。

新包装方案迫在眉睫

“相信能推高海外销售在2017年至70%份额，今年为50%。”

由于营运成本高涨，及原料价格走高，许双全表示，推出新的包装方案迫在眉睫。

他表示，树脂（Resin）价格目前在每吨1600至1750美元间横摆，去年6月为1500美元。

信利资源今年的塑胶包装原料产量料超越3万2000吨，去年为2万8000吨。

今年首半年，大马市场化仍是公司的主要收入来源，占该营收50%；日本则排名第二，贡献营业额26.4%。【南洋网财经】
