Responsibilities:
 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 To support day to day end user operations
 Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting
    hardware and software issues (desktop & Laptop), network and peripheral equipment problems.
 Act as the first point of contact for IT related issues.
 Troubleshoot computer problems onsite or remotely.
 Ensure progress is promptly reported to the IT manager & Call centre Manager.
 Related duties as assigned.
 Provide 1st level and 2nd level technical and system support via phone, email, remote and onsite.
 Act as a focal point of communication for customers, following all resolutions, escalation and notification processes.
 To handle other ad hoc projects as and when required
 A good team player and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Well organized and reasonable ability to multitask.
 On the job training will be provided
Requirements:
 EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
 basic knowledge of IT and related services
 minimum 1 year experience in IT Related environment
 Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
 Must poses own transport.
 Willing to travel long distance or outstation for other region for support.
