KPJ产托7800万购峇株巴辖专科医院

（吉隆坡26日讯）柔佛医药保健（KPJ，5878，主板保健股） 宣布， 子公司新山巴西古当专科医院私人有限公司与柔佛置地公司（Johor LandBerhad）及公共信托有限公司签署租赁协议，建议租赁K P J峇株巴辖专科医院的大楼和土地。
另外， KPJ回教房地产（ALAQAR，5116，主板房产信托）周一也和柔佛置地签署买卖协议，以7800万令吉收购KPJ峇株巴辖专科医院。
柔佛医药保健发文告指出，上述租赁协议为期6年，每年租金约为479万令吉，并可在3年租约到期后自动延长8年期限。
这项建议符合公司目标，即拓展网络、扩大客户群和医疗保健服务领域，以及满足周边病患的需求。
值得一提的是，柔佛机构是持有柔佛医药保健45.5%股权的大股东，而柔佛置地公司是柔佛机构独资子公司。
回顾2016年10月17日，柔佛医药保健通过Puteri专科医院（ 柔佛） 私人有限公司与柔佛土地公司签署租赁协议（ATL），以发展KPJ峇株巴辖专科医院，并在2018年5月18日转让所有权利至新山巴西古当专科医院。
同时，柔佛土地公司和公共信托签署买卖协议。一旦完成，将转让其所持有的权利于公共信托。
KPJ峇株巴辖专科医院是一家7层高，并拥有90个床位的医疗大楼，建筑面积为15万7500平方米，停车场则有162个停车位，其建筑面积为2万1797平方米。

柔医保次季净利4183万‧派息0.5仙

（吉隆坡30日讯）销售成本增，拖累柔佛医药保健（KPJ,5878,主板医疗保健组）净利，截至2019年6月30日第二季净利下滑1.2％，至4182万8000令吉，全年净利报4.51％至8095万5000令吉。
第二季营业额涨5.74％至8亿4731万1000令吉，全年净利报17亿1544万令吉，升6.62％。
配合业绩，该公司宣布派发0.5仙股息。
该公司董事部透过文告表示，大马业务营业额增6％至8亿2040万令吉，主要是部分地区病患数量增加，新增的医院亦有贡献，税前盈利则从6550万令吉微增至6590万令吉，增加不多，因采用大马报告财务准则16（MFRS16）导致贬值与贷款成本，各为620万令吉及910万令吉。
护理院业务营业额增13％至2690万令吉，归功病床增加了12张及印尼病患增加。印尼业务营运盈利从亏损转为获利260万令吉，因较低的营运成本及较高的资源使用。
澳洲业务营运亏损从60万令吉扩大至160万令吉，归咎较低的入住率。

获利下跌·柔医保财测调低

（吉隆坡6日讯）分析员认为，柔佛医药保健（KPJ,5878,主板医疗保健组）未来盈利表现未能如预期走强，纷纷下砍盈利预测。
肯纳格研究表示，该公司首半年核心净利按年跌2%至8340万令吉，占全年盈利预测的43%。
丰隆研究补充，该公司盈利表现符合预期，且第二季向来表现较弱，更令人值得期待的是第四季，因第四季的表现贡献占全年的35至38%。
就该公司前景而言，肯纳格说，管理层有信心新营运的医院可获得多项利好抵销，包括业务量比刚开始营运时增加及成熟医院稳定的贡献。初建的亏损医院为霹雳及拿督翁城的医院，相信已经营运2至3年的医院将逐渐取得盈利成长，包括万挠、柔佛及彭亨的医院。
MIDF研究表示，该公司在大马的市占率为19%，为了改善表现，将持续增加新医院发展及增加更多开销予现有医院。积极拓展业务下，相信今年营业额可取得成长，不过，新医院的初创成本，将会对短期盈利造成影响，因此，对该公司评级维持“中和”。
大众研究力挺该公司扩展计划，扩展计划短期的高成本虽会影响盈利，但常有来说，乃是由毕业的发展。目前，该公司大马与印尼业务营业额各增6%及13%，报8亿2040万令吉及2690万令吉。
大马投行维持“买进”评级，但将未来3年的盈利预测分别下调4.8%、4.7%及4.6%。
大马投行补充，该公司首半年利息成本猛增85.9%至7950万令吉，主要是受到大马财务报告准则第16号（MFRS16）的影响，其中3170万令吉用于租赁资产用途。
