Number of Room to rent out: 2 Small rooms @ RM310 each (can occupy two persons for each room) and 1 Medium room @ RM360 ( can occupy two/ three persons).

Requirements: We are looking for MALE only as the MasterRoom is currently rented by Males too. You can opt to rent one room or you can find for few friends to rent those available rooms in my unit.

Rental: Small Room is RM310 and Medium Room is RM 360

P/S: For those who are interested, you can call us to make a reservation. To reserve it, you will need to pay some commitment fee to secure the room for you and it is non-refundable should you breach the promise. When you move in that day, we will need to collect two months deposit of your rental as well as the month's rental, which mean three months rental are needed upon moving in. Kindly notice this clause.If you all need Clothes Cupboard or Study Table, we can sell or give it to you if you don't mind.
