Dear Student,

Please be informed that for those successes applicants on the PTPTN loan, you are required to attend the briefing and signing session of the PTPTN Loan Agreement that has been scheduled as follows:

Petaling Jaya / Sg. Long Campus and Setapak Campus

You are required to bring along all the completed documents for PTPTN's officer verification as follow:


   1. Maklumat Permohonan Pinjaman (You may print by clicking the “CETAK MAKLUMAT” button from the online application that has been registered) – 1 set
   2. Senarai Semakan Dokumen – (1 set)
   3. Surat Tawaran Pinjaman Pendidikan

    * Surat Akuan Penerimaan – (2 sets)
    * Surat Kebenaran 1,2,3 and 4 – (2 sets)

   1. Dokumen Perjanjian Pinjaman Pendidikan – (2 sets)
   2. Dokumen Lampiran Perjanjian Pinjaman Pendidikan (both student and parent's signature is required at the bottom of the agreement. – (2 sets)
   3. Dokumen Jaminan – (2 sets)

    * Please take note that all of the above documents printed must have PTPTN's logo (watermark) except for Surat Kebenaran 1,2,3 and 4 and the usage of LIQUID PAPER is NOT ALLOWED
    * You need to bring along RM20 as Duty Stamp (Setem Hasi)l will be provided by PTPTN officer on the day of the submission of the documents that will announce later by DEAS .


You also need to prepare one copy in A4 size of supporting document as follows:


   1. Student's IC
   2. Parents' IC
   3. UTAR offer of admission letter (Provisional Offer Letter is NOT accepted)
   4. SPM Certificate (The SPM slip just can be only use if the SPM's slip does NOT exceed TWO YEARS from the Year of SPM examination taken to the year of PTPTN's application
   5. STPM / Diploma / UEC / Matriculation or equivalent
   6. Individual Public Bank Account passbook (1 st page which stated student's name, IC number and account number)
   7. Parent's or guardian's latest pay slip / B/BE form / EA Form / retirement card (applicable to government staff only who already retired) / "Borang Pengesahan Pendapatan " (can be downloaded from PTPTN's website for parent who are unable to provide the evidence of income)
   8. Death Certificate for any deceased case(s)
   9. Divorced Certificate or Letter from Commissioner of Oath (divorced case that cannot be contacted) for any divorce case
  10. Confirmation of students status (May obtain from faculty office) and Copy of the examination results for all previous trimesters – Only applicable to applicant who had study at least 1 trimester in UTAR



Kindly be reminded that you are required to complete the documents by using either black or blue ball pen and must be in CAPITAL LETTER Your attendance is compulsory or else PTPTN will assume you not accept the loan.
