可以带车了？

刚去umisisweb看到：
PENGELUARAN PELEKAT KERETA PELAJAR ASASI, TAHUN 1,TAHUN 2 DAN TAHUN 3 IJAZAH DASAR

  Lanjutan kepada pekeliling yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Pejabat Naib Canselor bertarikh 3 Ogos 2009 berhubung kelonggaran pelajar ASASI, pelajar tahun 1, tahun 2 dan tahun 3 Ijazah Dasar (PELAJAR BERKENAAN) yang membawa kenderaan (kereta) ke dalam kampus, semua pelajar Berkenaan dikehendaki mendaftarkan kenderaan dan mendapatkan pelekat kenderaan dari Pejabat Keselamatan Universiti Malaya mulai 26 Oktober.

  Pelajar berkenaan dikehendaki mendaftarkan kenderaan dengan mengisi borang pelekat kenderaan secara online melalui UMISISWEB. Borang yang telah diisi dengan butiran lengkap hendaklah dicetak dan dihantar bersama salinan dokumen diperlukan (seperti dinyatakan di dalam UMISISWEB) ke Pejabat Keselamatan untuk proses seterusnya. Pelajar berkenaan diberi tempoh sehingga 30 NOVEMBER 2009 untuk mendaftarkan kenderaan masing-masing. Kereta yang tidak didaftar dan mempunyai pelekat kenderaan selepas tarikh di atas akan ditahan dan dikenakan tindakan seperti dinyatakan pada para 3, pekeliling bertarikh 3 Ogos 2009.

With reference to the circuler made on 3rd August 2009 by the Vice Chancellor Office regarding the Prohibition in Driving Cars into the University of Malaya Campus (Amendment) to ASASI student, YEAR 1, YEAR 2 and YEAR 3 undergraduate students ( The Said Students), please be informed that The Said Students, are required to register their vehicle and to obtain the car stickers from the University of Malaya Security Office from 26rd October 2009.

  The Said Students are required to register their vehicle by filling in online form provided in the UMISISWEB. Completed form should be printed and submitted together with the supporting documents (as stipulated in the UMISISWEB) to the Security officer for futher action latest by 30th November 2009. The unregistered vehicles after the above mentioned date will not be allowed to enter the campus and action will be taken as stated in para 3 of circular dated 3rd. August 2009.

  Please be reminded that with this notification, The Said Students are still subject to the enforcement of the circular dated 3rd August 2009 on the Prohibition in Driving Cars into The University of Malaya Campus (Amendment).

申请sticker后，asasi, year 1,2,3 还是tertakluk 在3/8/09的rule...

原来如此。。。等于没有。

我下个 Sem 就实习回来了，想请问下3rd year 就算有 sticker ，还是只能从 Damamasara gate 进来？只能 Park 在 8th 和 10th college? 我听说 Damamnsara gate 进来这条 Rule 废除了，那里有人那么得空转酱大圈进来 UM?

有没有废除就不知道啦。
可能爽爽他就讲没废除。。。

如果是跟会3/8 rules。。那么不是等于没有改？？？改的只是多收我们的钱吧？

现在考试时间，guard会不会stop我们驾车进来？如果有stop，你们用什么理由来敷衍他？

那matric card 出来，然后讲kalau saya faile dalam peperiksaan saya adakah kamu sudi menanggungjawab terhadap peperiksaan saya?

哈哈。。。但是校方都说不能给year 1 2 3的学生从kl gate带车进。。。

1。申请不申请sticker是不是都可以从damansara gate 进？
2。申请的tempoh 30 Nov 是指online申请只到这个日期？还是就算及时online申请了，如果过了这日期没拿sticker就不能拿了？
3。申请了是不是pj gate也可以进了？
