最近hong leong有介绍这支股
而确实suncity近期将推出几个高档的房产计划
大家对这支股有何看法？
不知道他会否像IJMLAND那样冲？
We re-initiate SunCity with BUY as current valuation of 9x FY10E P/E is undemanding
relative to peers. Following >100% increase in sales in 2Q09, we expect SunCity’s
property development business to become more active next year, and forecast RM650m
of sales and RM830 of launches to support 40% earnings growth in FY10. The other key
catalyst for SunCity will be the REIT listing which has been put on hold since 2006 but is
now confirmed for next year.
We are positive on the Malaysian property sector:
(1) Demand for township projects is
expected to pick up in-line with the overall economic recovery. (2) The property sector is
traditionally a laggard and we believe there is still room for the sector to re-rate. (3) We
favor players with strong balance sheet to withstand the uncertainty from any unforeseen
slow down in sales.

不明白为设么他的reit上市后就一直往下掉到现在。。。明明就很多好消息，加上他的报告都不错啊 |
