（吉隆坡6日讯）TRIVE产业（TRIVE，0118，主板科技股）以1956万5046令吉，向两名卖家，购入Pakadiri私人有限公司的所有权。
根据文告，TRIVE产业是向Pakadiri公司的两名股东胡欣奥马尔及哈皮帕阿都拉玛娜，购入Pakadiri的所有权。
Pakadiri公司是一家房屋发展公司，并在登嘉楼进行着一项联营发展计划，于吉利地（Kertih）发展综合住宅和商业的项目。

TRIVE光博联手抢进再生能源市场

2家公司將联手研发、生產、装配、分销及行销发电系统，包括脱离电网或连结电网风力系统。
TRIVE產业执行董事柯凯旅说：「在联营计划下，光博將会为我们位于居林的2.5英亩工厂提供生產技术。」

GUANG BO had successfully invented storage and supply system for the off-grid wind-solar complementary energy and obtained national patents on the above-mentioned system, as well as its coreless disc wind driven generator in 2012. Both the products and system had been widely used for supporting various industry sectors such as Meteorological Observation Station in Sichuan Province, Hotel Engineering Project in Shandong, fishing rafts farming, plant growth lights, bus stop sign lighting, traffic lights, highways and others.
TRIVE and GUANG BO are hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties”.
The salient terms of the MOU are as follows:-
The MOU entered is not binding the Parties. The duration of the MOU has not been fixed and shall remain until both Parties mutually agree to terminate the intention of the MOU. Both Parties agree that should the collaboration require additional funding, additional financial contributions shall be discussed at later stage and to be funded as apportionment which is agreeable mutually by both Parties. There are no liabilities, contingent liabilities or guarantees to be assumed by all Parties arising from the alliance. The Parties agreed the MOU shall be constructed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
The MOU is not subject to the approval of shareholders of TRIVE or the relevant government authorities.

TRIVE获中企1亿发电项目订单
（吉隆坡31日讯）TRIVE产业（TRIVE,0118,主板科技股）表示，中国湖北光博新能源公司已通知该公司，有意针对风力太阳能发电项目下订单。
TRIVE产业在文告中表示，该项目总值1亿令吉，预计马上开始，在3年内完成和交付。
双方早前签署备忘录，以研究、开发、生产、装配、分销及行销太阳能和风力太阳能发电系统，包括脱离电网/连结电网风力系统等。

Trive为UTM总值1.5亿太阳能发电站项目提供太阳能组件

（吉隆坡2日讯）Trive Property Group Bhd将与马来西亚工艺大学（UTM）合作，通过VSolar Group Bhd与该大学签署的合作协议，联手开发一座太阳能发电站，发展总值（GDV）为1亿5000万令吉。
Trive在今日的一则文告中指出，该集团将提供太阳能组件，像是太阳能板、太阳能逆变器、电池充电器、电池，太阳能泵、安装框架、追踪器和配件等，为Vsolar提供支援。
UTM和VSolar在4月11日签署一项联营协议，以联手开发太阳能发电站，以及进行再生能源技术商业化的研究与开发（R&D）活动。UTM将为这座产能高达30兆瓦（MW）的太阳能发电站，提供每10兆瓦近20英亩的合适地段。
Trive执行董事柯凯旋表示，该集团有信心可为UTM和VSolar开发太阳能发电站联营计划的总体目标增值。

TRIVE产业新股筹6050万
麦格理银行晋最大股东
2017年6月8日
（吉隆坡7日讯）TRIVE产业（TRIVE，0118，主板科技股）建议，发出最多5亿股新股给澳洲麦格理银行，以筹资6050万令吉，为登嘉楼的住宅发展项目融资。
TRIVE产业今日向交易所报备，完成该交易后，麦格理银行将崛起为最大股东，持股率介于25.9%至27.2%。
不过，该银行无意成为控制股东。
双方认购协议，该批新股将在两年内，分批发出。
TRIVE产业指出，所筹得的6000万令吉，将为登嘉楼首期项目剩余的部分融资，该项目的发展总值为1.23亿令吉。
TRIVE产业补充，首期项目包括211单位的双层排屋，及68单位的单层半独立式房屋。【e南洋】

TRIVE产业首季净赚22.8万

（吉隆坡3日讯）因太阳能业务销售贡献上升，TRIVE产业（TRIVE，0118，主板科技股）截至2017年4月首季，取得22万8000令吉净利或每股净利0.02仙，按年转亏为盈。
首季营业额则录得186万令吉，比去年同期的126万8000令吉，按年增长46.7%。
该公司向马交所报备，在经历2015年的债务重组、2016年的私下配售、雇员认股计划、凭单转换，和偿还所有银行贷款后，财政状况显著改善，管理层可全神贯注地发展业务。
在扩展业务至建筑和产业发展领域后，加上与2个中国有限公司湖北光博新能源和福能科技江苏的合作，公司有信心未来有更佳的表现。【e南洋】

Trive Property跨足生产太阳能电池板产品

（吉隆坡11日讯）绿色能源储存解决方案供应商Trive Property Group Bhd拟跨足生产太阳能电池板产品，此前仅销售太阳能产品。
Trive Property执行董事柯凯旋在今日的股东特别大会后向记者指出，他对于该集团能够与中国Fortunate Solar Technology Ltd合组联营公司充满信心。
柯凯旋表示，该集团一直在巴生港口或新山物色一座现成的工厂，估计在2018年首季收购厂房。
Trive Property去年6月与Fortunate Solar签署一项谅解备忘录（MoU）。
根据谅解备忘录，双方同意投资合共6000万令吉，以均等持股权形式成立一家联营公司。
此外，大部分股东皆对此次特大商讨的两项议案投赞成票，即献议派送凭单和发股。
这两项议案旨在为Trive Property在登嘉楼首期吉利地（Kertih）项目筹资高达5050万令吉的资金。
Trive Property在2015年决定多元化至产业发展业务。
柯凯旋表示，Trive Property在今年1月以约2000万令吉的现金，收购Pakadiri私人有限公司的全数股权，而后者在登嘉楼甘马挽（Kemaman）坐拥面积20.92公顷的地段。
Pakadiri是一家房屋发展商，在登嘉楼州政府的私有化计划下，与登州遗产信托基金局（Lembaga Tabung Amanah Warisan Negeri Terengganu）联手打造一项联营项目，将位于登嘉楼甘马挽、面积66.96公顷的地段打造成名为Bandar Baru Kertih Jaya（吉利地项目）的城镇。
他指出，Pakadiri于2015年委任Trive Property担任Bandar Baru Kertih Jaya城镇首期项目的承包商。
当被问及何以在吉利地展开首个产业发展项目时，柯凯旋表示：“吉利地并没有太多房屋发展项目，因此，我们看到那里的商机。”
展望未来，他指出，太阳能业务将是该集团截至2018年1月31日止的财政年（2018财年）的唯一收入来源。
