Subject: Aduan ketidak puasan
Selamat sejahtera, saya Mr Ng pemilik Gen 2 berdaftar MBG2917 ingin membuat aduan tentang servis yang diberi oleh GT One Autocare SDN. BHD. Saya mengalami masalah central lock malfunction dan menghantar kereta saya ke pusat servis tersebut. Setelah diperiksa, mekanik memberitahu saya bahawa relay saya rosak dan perlu diganti baru. Setelah mengganti relay yang baru, saya dapati masalah tetap wujud. Maka saya pun kembali ke pusat servis tersebut tetapi mereka masih gagal menyelesaikan masalah saya.
Hari ini saya cuba mengeluarkan relay tersebut dan saya dapati relay tersebut bukanlah dalam keadaan baru. Seolah-olah menggantikan relay yang lama sebagai relay yang baru bagi saya. Saya rasa diri saya telah ditipu oleh pusat servis tersebut.
Tambahan pula, saya menghantar kereta saya ke pusat servis proton cawangan melaka. Mekanik memberitahu bahawa soket pintu saya sudah longgar maka menyebabkan masalah itu berlaku. Saya amat nerterima kasih tentang mekanik itu. Pihak proton tidak mengenakan apa-apa cas ke atas refix connector tersebut.
Di sini, saya amat tidak puas adalah mengenai relay yang saya dapat bukanlah yang baru dan relay saya tidak rosak tetapi pihak GT One pula menukarkan bagi saya. Di sini, saya berharap aduan saya dapat diselesaikan oleh pihak atasan proton. Sekian terima kasih. |

afternoon mr ng,
we already receive the complaint form i care proton regarding the relay door .
when u free can we talk to u or come back to our workshop .
cos today my manager call u many time & u didnt pick up the phone & engage line.
