CCB 要派息 RM1.25，要买吗？

CCB 在18/09/2009 要派高息 RM1.25 （要扣 income tax 25%）， 但是不知道share price 会跌多少 ？ ， 应该幅度很大吧！！

请问有谁研究过或持过这个股票，可以分享吗 ？

刚刚去查了他的背景，原来是cycle carriage bintang。。没了Merc， Mazda的总代理CCB现在还有什么生意呢？

在4月1日2008年，CCB把Madza的100%代理权（Hercules Automotive Engineers)卖给了BerMac Motor（Berjaya Corp的子公司）。当中的交易是1千6百万。

    我想应该是你搞错了吧，我是说“总”代理权。现在的CCB还是总代理吗？我印象中从02 January 2003起Malaysia的sole distributor 就本来不是属于CCB个人的了，而是DaimlerChrysler Malaysia。CCB只是占DaimlerChrysler Malaysia的49% stage，你说CCB还是总代理吗？拿出来证据！不要随便下定论！！！！！！CCB现在只不过是major dealer而已，现在Merc的话事权是在DCM了不在CCB了。

对了我读多不多书跟你没有相关吧，再说我读的书不会比你少。

Listed on the KLSE as far back as 1977, Cycle & Carriage Bintang (CCB) is mainly involved in distributing and retailing motor vehicles. It is [1]. The sole distributor of Mazda and Peugeot motor vehicles in Malaysia, and [2]. A dealer of Mercedes Benz, Smart and Fuso motor vehicles in Malaysia. CCB also operates an automobile supermarket selling Proton, Isuzu, Kia, Hyundai, Hicom and Inokom motor vehicles. The company holds 49% in DaimlerChrysler Malaysia S/B (DCM), the sole distributor of Mercedes motor vehicles in Malaysia. Out of the current 3 Mercedes dealers in Malaysia, CCB is the largest in the country, with sales representing close to 50% of Mercedes sales in Malaysia.

CCB used to be involved in assembling motor vehicles (Mercedes C and S-Class and commercial vehicles), and assembling Mercedes engines (C, E and S-Class), and property investment. However, the assembly operations ceased in 2005 with the early termination of assembly contracts by DCM. CCB received RM10.9 mln compensation from the termination. As for property investment, the operation ceased with the disposal of Menara Weld in 2004 and Wisma Cyclecarri in Jan 2005.

CCB 主要是卖Merc，其他的我不是很清楚，因为他的母公司是SGP的。
