我想请问各位为什么我的PPS download 了,不能看戏？？
荧幕上只是一直出现橙色的PPS。
我click 旁边的视频，也不能。

My computer couldn't type chinese word....so i reply in english.

As the screenshot that you've provided...it shown as  in loading status...if I'm not miistaken.

Have you checked the red status bar? If you connection is not have problem, it'll show the speed for your download rate.....

去Language 换Chinese prc就可以了
