(吉隆坡15日訊)星辰建築(FAJAR,7047,主要板建築)宣布,子公司Billion Variety私人有限公司,以100萬令吉認購Smooth Accomplishment私人有限公司全數股權。

星辰建築向馬證交所報備,子公司Billion Variety與Smooth Accomplishment有限公司達成股權脫售協議(SSA),后者將脫售100萬股份,相等于全數股權,每股1令吉。

報備文件指出,上述協議將有助星辰建築擴展現有伐木業務,加強公司業務組合。【中国报财经】

(吉隆坡29日訊)星辰建築(FAJAR,7047,主要板建築)子公司獲頒總值1374萬3159令吉營運和維修合約。

星辰建築今日向馬證交所報備,Fajarbaru Builder私人有限公司獲大馬機場(雪邦)私人有限公司頒發一項工程授權合約,將負責營運和維修第2吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA 2)目視停靠導引系統。

報備文告指出,這項服務合約將在5月1日或KLIA 2經營當天開始,為期長達3年。

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Fajarbaru Builder Sdn. Bhd. (“FBSB”), has today accepted the Letter of Award dated 18 April 2014 from Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd. in respect of the contract for “The Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance for Visual Docking Guidance System at KLIA2, KL International Airport (“the Service Contract”).

The Service Contract value is Ringgit Malaysia Thirteen Million Seven Hundred Forty Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty Nine (RM13,743,159.00) only.

The Service Contract period is three (3) years commencing from 1 May 2014 or the date on which the KLIA2 starts operations, whichever is later.

The Service Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the FBG Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2014, 30 June 2015,30 June 2016 and 30 June 2017.

曾负责首期建筑工程 星辰建筑竞标LCCT改造

(吉隆坡25日讯)星辰建筑(FAJAR,7047,主板建筑股)放眼竞标将廉航终站(LCCT)改造为货仓大楼的项目。

星辰建筑财务总监黄令才(译音)表示,一旦竞标活动开放,该公司绝对会参与竞标,因星辰建筑曾是发展廉航终站首期和次期项目的负责公司。

他昨天在星辰建筑股东特大结束后,接受财经日报《The Edge》的访问。

当被询及是否有兴趣参与吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA)第二卫星航厦的建筑工程时,他表示,不会自我局限,若竞标是可行的,也会参与。

该公司有兴趣参与上述项目的竞标,并不让人感到意外,因星辰建筑在发展机场相关的项目已有丰富经验。

除了建设廉航终站,该公司也曾参与槟城国际机场停机坪的机场道面,和雪邦(Sepang)飞机库的建设。

目前,星辰建筑手上共有5项飞机库的建设活动,且成功获得吉隆坡第二国际机场(klia2)目视停靠引导系统的合约,总值1374万令吉。

该公司的订单企于5亿1100万令吉,足够忙碌两年。同时,正竞标着300万令吉的项目。

进军木材业

星辰建筑计划将业务多元化至伐木及木材贸易领域。

黄令才称,这是为了巩固公司的业务商机,新业务料在未来5年捎来25%的净利贡献。

该公司曾在2月中旬,以40万8000令吉购入Billion Variety的51%股权。

4月时,也以100万令吉买入Smooth Accomplishment的所有股权。

两者都是木材采伐公司,不过均未开始营业。【南洋网财经】

星辰600万承接彭伐木权

(吉隆坡5日讯)星辰建筑(FAJAR,7047,主板建筑股)以600万6000令吉承接彭亨伐木工程。

该公司向马交所报备,公司持股51%的Billion Variety公司(简称BV公司)与Cekal Kasih公司签署这项合约,将在彭亨而连突(JERANTUT)的森林保护区进行伐木计划。

允许开发的地段面积达1423英亩。

Cekal Kasih公司是在5月间获彭亨基金会颁发相关伐木合约,在该合约下,Cekal Kasih拥有由彭亨森林局发出的伐木执照,为期12个月。

在伐木工程合约下,BV公司可在上述地段,在获允许的范围内进行伐木工程,并且回购取得的木材。

根据持股比例,星辰建筑必须在这项合作中,支出306万3366令吉,其余则由BV公司支付。【南洋网财经】

(吉隆坡7日讯)星辰建筑(FAJAR,7047,主板建筑股)将以690万澳元(约2060万6850令吉),在澳洲收购3片土地,以建造公寓。

星辰建筑持有51%股权的墨尔本星辰建筑-Beulah私人公司,应另一大股东Beulah土地国际公司要求,向Doncaster Regency私人公司收购有关地段。

土地坐落在澳洲Doncaster山庄,位于Doncaster路与Elgar路交界处,距离墨尔本中央商业区大约15公里。

根据规划准证,有关地段将建造11层楼的公寓,并有3层地下层,料全数136个公寓单位,限制最迟需在2016年5月杪动工。

星辰建築向馬證交所報備,旗下Fajarbaru Builder私人有限公司是在今日接獲東海岸經濟特區發展局(ECERDC)上述誌期7月7日的配套1工程意向書。

Fajarbaru Builder將負責為關丹港口城市進行建築工程,包括建設通往馬中關丹產業園(MCKIP)的交通樞紐和提升Sg. Ular交通樞紐。

報備文告指出,這項工程將在本月21日開始動工,並在78個星期內竣工。預計將貢獻星辰建築截至2015至2016財年6月底的盈利和淨資產。

(吉隆坡27日讯)星辰建筑(FAJAR,7047,主板建筑股)附加股送凭单活动,获超额认购36.19%。

根据文告,共接到1亿4929万7161股的认购申请,较供认购的1亿926万8288股,多出3966万8873股,或36.19%。

该公司早前建议以2配1送1的比例,发行附加股和赠送凭单,附加股发售价为每股50仙,凭单转换价则为每张70仙。【南洋网财经】

The Board has applied the following basis as set out in the Abridged Prospectus dated 2 September 2014 in allocating the Excess Rights Shares with Warrants:-

联手Beulah国际 星辰澳洲建2.2亿公寓

(墨尔本15日讯)星辰建筑(FAJAR,7047,主板建筑股)与澳洲公司Beulah国际联营,发展价值达7650万澳元(约2.19亿令吉)的豪华公寓计划。

星辰建筑在这项联营合作中持股51%,其余股权则由Beulah国际持有。

星辰建筑在7月间,以690万澳元(约2061万令吉),在唐卡斯特山庄(Doncaster Hill)购下三块土地,进行相关发展计划。

名为Gardenhill的公寓计划,将建设11层楼高拥有136个单位的一房式与二房式豪华公寓。

Beulah国际创办人郑恩瑜说,公寓售价介于36万澳元(约103万令吉)至74万5000澳元(约213万令吉),投资回酬料介于4%至6%。

该公司将在本周六于威斯汀酒店,在本地推介Gardenhill计划。

IJM董经千金

现年27岁的她,拥有墨尔本大学建筑绘测硕士学位,她也是IJM(IJM,3336,主板建筑股)总执行长兼董事经理拿督郑建民的女儿,可谓虎父无犬女。

郑建民是本地建筑与房地产发展领域,拥有35年经验的行家。

她表示,自小跟随父亲参访各个发展工地,父亲不时向她解释以及讲解建筑知识,在耳濡目染下,自己也对房地产发展领域产生兴趣,之后更选择投身房产发展领域。【南洋网财经】

(吉隆坡19日訊)澳洲墨爾本房地產市場前景佳,Beulah國際相信,與大馬上市公司星辰建築(FAJAR,7047,主要板建築)在澳洲聯營的Gardenhill豪華公寓計劃于推介后,認購率可提高至50%。

Beulah國際與星辰建築聯營發展價值7650萬澳元(約2億1972令吉)的Gardenhill豪華公寓計劃;股權分配為49%和51%。

Beulah國際執行董事陳家衡指出,Gardenhill計劃在推介禮前已出售30%單位,顯示市場反應熱烈。公司預計在週末連續2天于吉隆坡威斯汀酒店的推介禮后,認購率可提高至50%。

“我們緊接著會在墨爾本進行推介禮。相信墨爾本推介禮的首2個星期內,認購率有望增至介于60%至70%,並在不久的將來成功出售100%。”

墨爾本最宜居城市

他週六(18日)在Gardenhill計劃推介禮上,這么指出;出席者包括Beulah國際董事鄭恩瑜。 

鄭恩瑜解釋,這主要因為澳洲房產需求強勁、租金收入可觀;經濟學人智庫(EIU)調查發現,墨爾本是全球最宜居的城市。

她說:“每年約有7萬人移民到墨爾本,當地有許多教育中心,不少父母讓兒女到當地深造,可保障當地的房產需求。再者,我認為當地房產未出現泡沫跡象,因為低利率環境,消費者仍可購買可負擔房屋。”

經濟學人智庫早前針對全球140個城市中,選出頭十名全球宜居城市,墨爾本更3連霸。

探討其他聯營機會

Beulah國際與星辰建築維持長期夥伴關係之際,同時也物色與其他業者聯營的機會。

鄭恩瑜指出:“我們看好星辰建築在建築方面的專長,希望能夠維持長期合作關係。”

詢及會否與其他業者進行聯營,陳家衡說,該公司向來都對商機與聯營保持開放態度。

“我們正與數家業者洽談聯營,但尚未有具體發展。我們希望能尋找與公司持有相同理念,並在設計和發展有良好表現的發展商進行合作。”

Beulah國際目前將焦點關注在海外市場,但不排除在未來開發國內市場。

陳家衡說:“就以坐落在墨爾本的Gardenhill計劃來說,我們選擇開發當地市場,因為我和鄭恩瑜兩人在當地求學並生活了10年,對當地的文化和生活方式有一定的認識。”

“雖然目前專注海外市場,但仍希望有機會參與開發我國市場。不過,前提是得考量我國的交通方便,以及持續性的維持企業概念等因素。”

星辰建築獲4511萬合約

(吉隆坡4日訊)星辰建築(FAJAR,7047,主要板建築)獲東海岸經濟特區發展局(ECERDC)頒發總值4511萬令吉的馬中關丹產業園計劃相關工程合約。

星辰建築今日向馬證交所報備,子公司星辰建築私人有限公司獲得東海岸經濟特區發展局發出的接受證書,負責建築與完成關丹港口和馬中關丹產業園的主要連接道路工程。

該公司指出,這項建築合約期限為66個月,從11月15日開始生效。

“這項合約對公司股東的股本不會有具體影響;該合約預計可積極貢獻公司2015財年和2016財年的收益與淨資產。”

星辰建築強調,公司主要股東並沒獲得任何直接或間接的私人利益。【中国报财经】

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Fajarbaru Builder Sdn. Bhd., has today received and accepted a Letter of Acceptance dated 31 October 2014 from East Coast Economic Region Development Council ("ECERDC") in respect of the works on the Proposed Construction and Completion of the KPC Port Link Road in Kuantan Port City, Pahang Darul Makmur for ECERDC: Package 2 - MCKIP Main Access Road and Primary Infrastructure and Utilities for Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park (MCKIP) Development ("the Contract”).

The construction duration is sixty six (66) weeks commencing from 15 November 2014.

The Contract value is RM45,109,406.45 (Ringgit Malaysia Forty Five Million One Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Six and Cents Forty Five only).

The Contract will have no material effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholding of FBG.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the FBG Group for the financial years ending 30 June 2015 and 30 June 2016.

None of the Directors and Substantial Shareholders, persons connected to the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of the Company and its subsidiaries or persons connected thereto have any interest, direct or indirect in the Contract.

The Directors of the Company are of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of the Group.
