大眾銀行 今推澳活力基金
（吉隆坡11日訊）大眾銀行（PBBANK，1295，主板金融）明日將推出PB澳洲活力平衡基金（PBADBF），並由大眾信託基金管理。

大眾信托基金主席丹斯里鄭鴻標在文告說，此基金讓投資者有機會從澳洲市場的成長潛能中受惠。

“澳洲原產品出口，預計從中國與印度等新興經濟國家的需求提高中受惠。”

上述基金以60對40比例，分別投資在普通股與固定收入證券。21天的初期優待期限由5月12日始至6月1日。

初期推介價為每單位25仙，優待期限內可享有每單位5%的特別促銷服務費。

該基金最低初期投資額是1000令吉，最低附加投資額是100令吉。

Public Bank’s new fund to capitalise on prospects of Australia
  
PublicBank is launching a new fund, PB Australia Dynamic Balanced Fund(PBADBF), on 12 May 2009. The fund will be managed by its wholly-ownedsubsidiary, Public Mutual.

Public Mutual’s Chairman Tan SriDato’ Sri Dr. Teh Hong Piow said PBADBF will give investors theopportunity to capitalise on the growth potential of the Australianmarket. The long-term prospects of the Australian market are supportedby a resilient services sector and rich natural resources. “Commodityexports in Australia are expected to benefit from a pick-up in demandfrom emerging economies such as China and India,” he said. He addedthat following the correction in global equity markets, the valuationsof the Australian market have created opportunities for accumulatingundervalued blue chip stocks.

PBADBF is a balanced fund thatseeks to achieve income and capital growth over the medium- tolong-term period by investing in equities, primarily in the Australianmarket with the balance (up to 10% of equity investments) invested inthe New Zealand market. The fund maintains a prudent mix of equitiesand fixed income securities in the ratio of 60:40.

Tan Sri Tehsaid PBADBF is suitable for investors with conservative to moderaterisk-reward temperaments who have a preference for receiving income anda respectable measure of capital growth. The fund is also suitable forinvestors to hedge their children’s future educational expenses.“Investing in Australian equities are expected to keep pace with therising cost of Australia’s university education over the long term,” hesaid.

The initial issue price of PBADBF is RM0.2500 per unitduring the 21-day initial offer period from 12 May 2009 to 1 June 2009.During the offer period, a special promotional service charge of 5% ofinitial issue price per unit is extended to the purchase of units ofPBADBF by investors. Investors who opt for Direct Debit Instructionwith PBADBF during the offer period will enjoy a special promotionalservice charge of 5.25% of NAV per unit for as long as the Direct Debitis active. Terms and conditions apply. The minimum initial investmentfor the fund is RM1,000 and the minimum additional investment is RM100.

澳洲未来五年会有很好的成长。。。但是我不鼓励买这个基金。。。

澳财长：澳经济将强劲增长

　　5月19日消息 澳大利亚财政部长亨利(Ken Henry)今日表示澳经济将强劲增长,他表示,澳大利亚经济将在2011-12年强劲反弹。

　　他在向澳大利亚商业经济学家组织( Australia Business Economists organisation)发表演讲时称,“尽管现在言之尚早,澳大利亚将比其他国家更好的走出危机。”

　　澳大利亚政府预测澳经济在2009-10年萎缩0.5%,而在其后两年将反弹到增长4.5%。

　　尽管国际货币基金组织(IMF)此前预计澳大利亚经济的恢复将是“缓慢而逐步的”,澳GDP在2014年前增长不会达到3%,亨利还是表示澳经济在未来两年的增长将高于预测的

我希望要让你知道这是个平衡基金，
这表示它的投资将会规定在股票投资和债卷投资。。

如果你想要完全投入在股市的基金，可能你就要看看别的。。

不过如果你是能承担中等风险，向往一些握有稳定收入证卷，又能同时参与澳洲股市复苏； 那么这就是一个你能考虑的。。。
