The Board has on 15 March 2024 approved the incorporation of the revaluation surplus (net of deferred tax) of RM855,538.00 in the unaudited interim financial report on consolidated results of Compugates for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2023 and shall be appropriately reflected in the financial statements of Compugates Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.
