（吉隆坡20日訊）COMPUGT控股（COMPUGT,5037,主板貿服組）與Westwood行銷私人有限公司簽署一紙價值5千300萬令吉的原廠設備製造茶供與包裝合作協議，替後者製造和包裝“Blackgold”品牌沉香茶和相關產品。
COMPUGT控股透過文告說，上述合作協議為期4年，並可在雙方同意前提下獲得延長，合作計劃有助公司擴大農業相關業務，並預計可從2015財政年開始替公司作出正面貢獻。（星洲日報／財經）

幾年前，被celcom 的預付卡，斷了合約，營業額不見了3份2，弄到差一點就下市了，好在老板先賣票而保身，否則就會負債一身，而最終公司肯定破產。
我看compugt 應該送沉香茶 給axiata(前身 celcom ) 謝謝他害不死 Compugt 
另一家上市公司，就沒這麼好運了，就是LCL的老板，裝修工程，越做越工，最後被別人不還錢，害了公司又害已，因為太相信銀行和債權人會幫他，所以不賣票，最後股票價錢暴跌，弄到公司也下市了。
他講 :和銀行借錢，銀行當我是乾儿子，反面了，當我是影子 。

如果公司未來靠沉香樹業務反身，那就是從跌到到成功。

想起COMPUGT控股，可能會讓你聯想起董事經理慘遭銀行及證券行逼倉的過去，對此，董事經理吳慶標並沒有迴避，信心滿滿地強調未來若要贏得投資者信心，必須以業務方向來證明。 “投資者若要瞭解公司實力，可從貸款水平中一窺究竟，公司現已處於零債務，截至3月杪的現金流達2290萬令吉。” 他解釋，公司不像其他PN17公司般，面臨資金匱乏問題，日後還可能受到倒閉的考驗，重申公司業務穩定，即使多元化業務，仍以投入高成長業務為主，一旦業務開跑，即能迅速創造收益。 他早前也澄清，當初的“逼倉”事件純屬個人問題，與公司無關，而個人財務情況現已解決。
不過它自已制制公司的沉香品，也還在走入市埸，沒這麼快就得到回報，如今是代替別人生產，這就可以從中得到回報。
改革不成功就完了，成功，未來會更好 。

（吉隆坡18日讯）COMPUGT（COMPUGT，5037，主板贸服股）建议，以每7股配1优先股送1凭单比例，发出3亿489万8431股可赎回优先股，最多筹集3049万令吉。
根据文告，可赎回优先股的发售价定位每股10仙，而凭单的行使价则是每张10仙；均是5日交易量加权平均市价（VWAP）的100.4%溢价。
为了达到最低认购水平，董事部已获得大股东兼董事经理吴庆标认购附加股及凭单，总值2000万令吉。
根据每股10仙的发售价，该公司最多可筹得3049万令吉，其中2994万令吉将作为营运资本。
另外，若凭单获全数行使，公司可另外筹得3049万令吉，所得将用作营运资本，包括营运开销和融资成本。
如无意外，此建议预计可在末季完成。 |

（吉隆坡24日讯）COMPUGT（COMPUGT，5037，主板贸服股）宣布，以4388万4000令吉销售沉香木给Westwood行销有限公司。
今日，COMPUGT发文告指，独资子公司Compugates行销与Westwood行销，签署一项沉香木销售和收割协议。
Compugates行销同意从签署协议日期开始，在1年内，除了Westwood行销，不会卖沉香木给其他公司。

http://www.nanyang.com/node/696622?tid=462每7股配1优先股送1凭单 如果通過了，這賣出的沉香木的 4千多萬，分分鐘拿來給股息也有可能。如果不通過，就用這4千萬其中的兩千萬來還債務，還有2千萬也可以用來給股息。另外而上一次的 http://biz.sinchew.com.my/node/102313?tid=6的沉香茶合約 5千多萬的替後者製造和包裝“Blackgold”品牌沉香茶和相關產品。
買主已經用了1億來買 compugt的沉香葉和沉香木，另外它種植2萬5千棵，市值有講是超過 2億5千，所以如今賣了4千多萬的沉香木，還有2億的沉木可以賣，不過對方卻在合約講明，一年內不能賣出沉香木給別家的公司，所以後台買主會不會一年後再買進，而compugt賣出的沉香木後，可以種植，補回數量，如此一來，在過一年後，新的沉香樹又成長，只要買主有市埸，就可以帶給compugt本多的利益。所以今年的營業額會好過去的營業額。

Compugt 種沉香樹也花了五年的時間，在這五年內，公司一直的營業額都是負數，在2011年，也有要送free凭单，可惜不過關，理由虧損公司兩個財季上虧損，不得送free凭单，現今，它7配1发优先股送1凭单 COMPUGT冀筹3049万，另外，若凭单获全数行使，公司可另外筹得3049万令吉，等於6千萬的。如果後台買主是有能力的買家，compugt未來之路就可以靠沉香木走的更遠了。如今財務方面算是有改進，所以一但附加股順利通過的話，未來公司賺錢的話，照講也該給股息了吧~在2012年，大股東也說過~该公司旗下目前拥有52英亩种植地，沉香树达2万5千棵，吴庆标指出，假设每棵沉香树平均带进5千至1万令吉营收，种植业务有望在5年后作出2亿5千万令吉贡献额。如果講它的沉香樹全部是值 2亿5千万令吉的話，如今只賣出4千多萬，還有2億的沉香樹的沒賣，而這一次的買主也限止它在一年內，不能賣沉香木給外商家，而一年過後，沉香樹的成長，又不一樣的重量，而下來也開始下苗種，如此接下去的話，compugt控股未來前途一方光明，而且也惜用這一次的消息也會打開市埸，所以買主先下條件，一年期限，那麼等於compugt 控股要賣沉香木的話，也要等到2016年4月份，那麼在這一年里，下的沉香苗，也會在一年內成長，如此下去，沉香成帶給compugt更多的商機了。
