爭取逾20億太陽能工程合約‧COMPUGT：不確定是否獲批

（吉隆坡16日訊）COMPUGT控股（COMPUGT，5037，主板貿服組）表示，該公司最近在沙巴提呈多項太陽能工程計劃的建議書，涉及總價值逾20億令吉，惟目前尚不知道成果，以及不确定是否可獲得這些工程合約。

該公司針對《新海峽時報》的一項報導而向大馬股票交易所作出解釋。該報導指COMPUGT控股預料可攫取沙巴州的數項太陽能基礎工程合約，總值逾20億令吉，從而推動綠色再造能源方案的業務成長，並放眼沙巴更大工程計劃，及近期將投資3千萬令吉設立一間工廠。

該公司文告指出，是否設立工廠，胥視是否爭取到工程計劃，以及符合它與ETI科技（馬）有限公司簽署的分銷權與執照及製造合約。它於2011年11月4日已宣佈有關訊息。

它指出，公司董事部仍未決定設廠，因為目前尚落在初步階段。

另一方面，該公司股票今日交投保持熱絡，與過去數個交易日一樣，登上10大熱門榜，全天成交量達7千737萬2千400億股，成為全場第3熱門股。它全天微揚0.5仙至11.5仙。（星洲日報／財經）

We refer to the article appearing in The New Straits Times, Business Times Section, PageB1 today which state amongst others  that the Company:-

i) is in talks with government agencies in Perak to secure two logging concessions in the state for two plots of forestry land, with timber valued at between RM40 million and RM50 million in each plot and is in the process of applying for the logging licences.

ii) was looking for logging concession in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, among others

iii) is in talks with land owners and government agencies to plant the high valued gaharu (agarwood) trees.

Compugates wishes to clarify that the logging licence for the forest compartment at Tanah Kerajaan Mukim Gerik, Daerah Hutan Hulu Perak, Perak with the Jabatan Perhutanan Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan have expired on 15 November 2011 and is currently pending renewal. Once the logging licence is renewed, extraction of timber/logs will commence. For further details, please refer to the announcement dated 6 July 2011.

Apart from the above, presently, the Company is in talks with government agencies for more timber concessions. However, as at the date of this announcement, nothing has been confirmed.

Compugates is also not looking for logging concession overseas. However, if opportunity arises, it will be considered.

As for planting of Gaharu trees, Compugates is presently not in talks with land owners and government agencies.  Please refer to the press release made on 27 May 2010.

The Company will make an immediate announcement if there is any update on the above.

COMPUGT：伐木權洽談中

（吉隆坡21日訊）COMPUGT控股（COMPUGT，5037，主板貿服組）針對報導作出數項澄清，包括公司正與政府機構洽談以攫取更多木材的專利權，同時探討海外的伐木商機，但目前未有實質計劃。

該公司發文告解釋，正與霹靂政府機構洽談總值9千萬令吉的伐木特許權，相關伐木執照已於去年11月15日屆滿並待更新，該公司將在執照更新後才開始進行計劃。

至於沉香木的種植計劃，該公司坦言，當前未與地主和政府機構接洽。

據報導，該公司與霹靂政府機構洽商，以攫取兩塊地段的伐木主權，價值各達4千萬與5千萬令吉，同時在申請相關伐木執照。

該公司也尋求在印尼與巴布亞新幾內亞探討伐木專利權，同時與地主與政府機構探討種植高價值的沉香樹。（星洲日報／財經）

投身綠色能源及伐木業‧COMPUGT料有望止虧

（吉隆坡22日訊）COMPUGT控股（COMPUGT,5037,主板貿服組）透露正與沙巴州政府代理和有關當局深入洽談綠色能源解決方案供應事宜，並已提交數宗總值27億5千萬令吉的建議項目，未來將繼續探討新興投資機會，希望提昇未來成長動力。

公司主席丹斯里阿斯末指出，公司目前非常積極投身於沙巴太陽能計劃，至今共在當地完成12項工程，收穫330萬令吉。

“受宏觀經濟疲弱影響，貿易和分銷業務運作料保持挑戰，但相信集團過去數年來落實的多元業務策略有助穩定整體表現。”

對於旗下沉香樹（agarwood）種植業務，他表示樹齡尚未達成熟階段，惟能採集嫩葉用於生產茶葉用途，公司目前已推出自家品牌茶葉，並銷售至日本、中東和中國等市場。

對於在去年7月6日攫獲的伐木特許經營權，公司董事經理吳慶標補充有關經營權目前未做出貢獻，但如無意外，應能在今年第三季投產。

詢及如何看待未來前景，他認為只要沙巴太陽能項目獲批准，今年表現料輕易獲提昇，加上採木活動貢獻，對轉虧為盈前景持樂觀看法。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡26日讯）COMPUGT（Compugt，5037，主板贸服股）董事局宣布，今日脱售万胜利（Menang，1694，主板产业股）总值307万5000令吉、或1230万普通股。

脱售上述股票后，COMPUGT持有的股权从7.219%减至2.614%，COMPUGT不再是胜利大股东。

另外，该公司曾在去年11月16日、今年1月6日分别脱售了73万4500股和157万3000股。

Compugates is pleased to announce that Compugates Sdn. Bhd, (“CSB”) a wholly owned subsidiary of Compugates, has signed a SONY Dealership Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Sony (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Sony Malaysia”) for the appointment of CSB as an Authorised Distributor of Sony Digital Imaging Products in Malaysia (“the Appointment”) on 19 November 2012 according to all the terms and conditions as stipulated therein. The Appointment is effective from today, being the date of receipt of the Agreement by Sony Malaysia and will expire on 31 March 2014 subject to renewal in writing. Effect of the Appointment The Appointment is expected to contribute positively to Compugates Group’s earnings for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.
