富斯科新大楼明年动工

（吉隆坡25日讯）富斯科（FOCUS，0116，创业板科技组）预期新大楼将在2017财政年首季动工，以多元化营收来源。

该公司计划在吉隆坡敦拉萨路建造5层楼的餐饮及娱乐中心，包含中式餐厅、海鲜餐厅、卡拉OK、零售单位、展示厅及活动室等。这项房产预计耗资约6000万令吉，并在2019年完工。

该公司执行董事梁国强在股东特大后向《星洲财经》透露，虽然目前产业领域欠佳，但业务是否受影响，关键仍取决于产业地点。

他指出，敦拉萨人流量多，加上我国捷运路线愈来愈发达，该地区明年即将完工的捷运站，有望为新产业带来大批的客流量。

他表示，该公司也会在明年中或之前，在八打灵再也Lien Hoe大楼另开设两间新的概念餐厅。

截至目前，该公司经营的餐饮业有位于上述大楼的Chaze酒吧、LAVO西式餐厅及满家乐的The Prince中式餐厅。

相对去年次季报435万4168的营业额，该公司截至2016财政年次季为止，目前已涨54.6%至673万1664令吉，此佳绩大半归功于公司旗下的Chaze酒吧。

特大通过2议案

该公司于今日召开特别股东大会通过两项议案，即多元化业务至产业投资和管理，及2配2送1比例分发附加股和免费凭单。
