A) New Grading System:Grade Point Average & Amendments on Academic Regulations Chapter 9
Please be informed that New Era Collegeis implementing Grade Point Average from 2008 academic year, the details are asfollow:

IX.
Results, assessments and re-sitting ofexamination

Section 37.
Themaximum score for each course is 100 marks andeach score is reflected by Grade Point Average System（GPA）as shown in the belowtable:

A	85-89	3.67	Excellent
A-	80-84	3.33
B+	75-79	3.00	Good

C-	50-54	1.33
D	40-49	1.00
F	0-39	0.00	Unsatisfactory

以后面对比较弱的科目可以比较放心了,反而比较有信心的科目就要更加努力了，以达到cover GPA 为准

毕业分数在60%。
如果某个学生的分数一直维持在40~60，
那总平均肯定达不到60%啊！
这样的情况下，
怎么毕业？？
不能毕业又怎样解决？
因为每一科都有及格噢！

那么他真该检讨自己是不是应该继续就读他选择的科系。。
我相信大伙儿上课都不是混着过日子的。。
大家都会把功课、报告、成绩尽量做的最好。。
可如你说有学生真的只能拿40~60的分数，那么颁布这制度之前他是怎么“活”过来的？
就算没这个制度存在，他能凭这分数毕业了，试问他的认识度、水准符合基本要求么？
连基本要求都达不到。。怎么能顺利毕业并大大声的告诉别人你是大专生毕业、大学生毕业的？

(A) GRADING SYSTEMS     

1. Grades and marks      

A 4-point grading system is adopted for all Bachelor courses:

Grade	Marks Range	Grade Point	Description
A	80 - 100	4.00	Excellent
A-	75 - 79	3.70	Excellent
B+	70 - 74	3.30	Very Good
B	65 - 69	3.00	Good
B-	60 - 64	2.70	Good
C+	55 - 59	2.30	Satisfactory

D	40 - 49	1.00	Passing
F	0 - 39	0.00	Fail

2. Grade Point Average (GPA)         

The GPAfor a semester examination is determined by dividing the sum of allQuality Points earned by the sum of credits of all units attempted in asemester, excluding credits of units which have no contribution to theGPA.

Quality Point of a unit is defined as the Grade Point earned multiplied by the credits of the unit.

3. Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)         

TheCGPA is determined by dividing the sum of all Quality Points earned bythe sum of credits attempted for all the semesters, excluding creditsof units which have no contribution to the GPA or CGPA.

若在拉曼，我的成绩是3.71的Excellent，
但是在这里，却只有3.01的Good而已。。。
欲哭无泪啊~~~

去拉曼..才是真正的埋没了人才...
有的选择..但然是考外国文凭...而且商学系全部课程已受政府和MQA承认...
