The Board of Directors of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, as the Manager for YTL REIT, wishes to announce that Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Corporation Berhad, will be appointed to undertake the proposed renovation works at the Property (“Proposed Renovation”) at the costs of up to RM55,000,000. Please refer to the attachment for details on the Proposed Renovation. This announcement is dated 8 April 2024.
