沿海工程获12亿合约

（吉隆坡10日讯）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工业产品股）获得12.4亿令吉租赁合约，提供升降式气体压缩机给墨西哥国营石油公司Petroleos Mexicanos（PEMEX）。

沿海工程向马交所报备，这项合约由4家墨西哥上游承包商颁发，予沿海工程旗下的Thaumas海事有限公司。

4家墨西哥公司此前与PEMEX的勘探与生产臂膀，签署气体压缩服务合约。

这项租赁合约将在2015年下半年开始，为期8年，可选择延长至12年。

INTRODUCTION Coastal is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Thaumas Marine Ltd has secured a charter contract for a Jack-up Gas Compression Service Unit (“Jack-up”) for an aggregate value of approximately RM1.24 billion from a group of Mexican companies, which in turn has entered into a gas compression service contract with Petroleos Mexicanos (“Pemex”), the Mexican state-owned petroleum company. The construction work will be started immediately and expected to complete in first half of 2015. INFORMATION ON THE CONTRACT The charter contract is for a period of eight years with extension option up to twelve years. The charter contract is expected to commence by second half of 2015. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The charter contract valued at approximately RM1.24 billion is expected to contribute positively to the revenue stream, earnings and net assets of Coastal Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015 and the financial periods thereafter for the duration of the charter contract. RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTRACT The risks associated with the contract are mainly the normal business risks for an oil and gas company. Notwithstanding this, the Company has put in place adequate risk management procedures and processes in mitigating these risks. 沿海工程以4.15令吉開跑，短短6分鐘便飆漲16仙至4.25令吉。

隨后，沿海工程收窄升幅，休市時上揚2仙，掛4.11令吉；半日成交量70萬5100股。

午盤，沿海工程延續升勢，截至4時半收在4.10令吉，起1仙，成交量136萬7200股。

報告指出，基于正常化市況，該公司造船業務的淨賺幅從2012財年開始將介于15%至25%。

根據肯納格證券研究根據保守介于15%至25%淨賺幅，及每年1億330萬令吉營業額所作出的初步計算，上述合約每年可獲利介于1500萬至2000萬令吉。

隨著該公司將在2015下半年才展開上述合約，肯納格證券研究沒將這項合約納入2014財年淨利預測考量。

不過，隨著更高的造船收入，及上述合約未來的盈利貢獻，肯納格證券研究探討上修該公司未來盈利預測。

造船和修船贡献高 沿海工程末季净利扬73%

（吉隆坡25日讯）由于造船和修船业务贡献更高，激励了沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工业产品股）截至去年底第四季净利表现，飙升72.55%至4897万7000令吉，上财年为2838万5000令吉。

同时，其营业额则达2亿5500万9000令吉，按年扬31.68%，上财年为1亿9365万2000令吉。

该公司向马交所报备，截至去年底，全年净利达1亿5162万2000令吉，按年起27.6%；营业额则微跌0.36%至7亿6158万8000令吉。

派息3.4仙

随着油价回扬，油气领域活动增加，该公司预见未来数年内，业务增长潜能亮眼。

该公司也建议派发每股3.4仙的第二期中期股息，将于3月11日除权。【南洋网财经】

我們看好沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主要板工業）完成私下配售，對每股盈利造成的稀釋影響不大，加上造船業務處于週期性升勢，甚至比同行其他中小型業者更具吸引力。

沿海工程完成私下配售，籌集2億780萬令吉，作為未來擴充費用，強化財務狀況，並改善流通量。

通過私下配售，我們預計2014和2015財年的每股盈利預測，各別稀釋9.1%至32.5仙和37.4仙。但我們相信升降式鑽油台（jack-up drilling rig）所帶來的盈利貢獻，可降低稀釋每股盈利的影響。

造船業務正處週期性升勢，合約訂單每年介于12億令吉至13億令吉之間。雖然造船業務的淨賺幅正常化至介于15%至25%之間，不過仍然提供豐厚盈利。

該股2014和2015年本益比分別為14.9倍和13倍，比其他中小型業者如烏茲馬（UZMA，7250，主要板貿易）和雲昇控股（YINSON，7293，主要板貿易），更具吸引力。

（沙巴‧山打根28日讯）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工业产品股）旗下3家独立子公司，获得总值1亿7800万令吉岸外支援船（简称OSV）和低端船（low-end vessels）供应合约。

根据文告，沿海工程独资子公司Coastal岸外（纳闽）、Thaumas海洋，以及Pleasant工程，分别获得上述总值的合约。

文告指出，订单中的两艘OSV，将售卖给原有客户，而另外的一艘OSV和两艘低端船，则售卖给新顾客。

沿海工程预料，将分别在今明两年，转交上述船只给客户。

沿海工程大唱丰收

（吉隆坡15日讯）沿海工程有限公司（COASTAL，5071，工业产品组）公布，在截至2014年3月31日止第1季度，所取得的净利润按年从3110万令吉跃升58％至4920万令吉。

至于营业额方面，由前期的1亿6890万令吉锐升33.1％至2亿2470万令吉。

它致函大马交易所说，盈利强稳是由于新的海上支援船（OSV）交付增加所致。

这是额外增强产品组合，包括高附加值的OSV。

该集团执行主席黄振兴称：“OSV的市场真是令人鼓舞，加上售价较高和强大的交付订单支撑我们的前景。”

他表示，公司在今年首季所交付的OSV价值，由去年同期的1亿6420万令吉扬升至1亿9650万令吉，并指出市场越来越要求新船拥有较高标准、较大排水量，以配合同业中，不断要求提升技术的偏好。

他补充：“展望未来，市场将会为公司提供一个加强赚幅的机会，就是交付更多拥有附加价值的OSV。”

据黄氏透露，截至今年3月28日止，沿海工程的订单企于24亿令吉，这将使集团忙碌至2027年。

建造OSV和其他船只业务，占集团整体订单的12亿令吉。

而其余的12亿令吉来自建造及出租气体压缩服务单位予墨西哥石油公司，后者是墨西哥的国营石油公司，并设定在2015年下半年交付。

目前，该集团正在建造一个价值2亿1000万美元的高标准自升式钻井平台，这是它首次进军钻井平台建造及租赁业务，预计在今年第4季度完成。

黄氏指出，当钻井平台完成后，集团有信心在不久后能锁定一份租赁协议，因它对于石油和天然气业者注重多功能性和经济效益方面，拥有浓厚兴趣。

發展大計箭在弦上‧沿海工程料續捎佳音

（吉隆坡9日訊）沿海工程（COASTAL,5071,主板工業產品組）一連串發展大計箭在弦上，分析員認為未來將捎來更多驚喜。

安聯星展出席匯報會後發表報告說，該公司新造船訂單擴至34億令吉，其中22億令吉屬離岸船艦。管理層看好賺幅更高的特製船艦需求增加，獲得分析員正面評價。一般上，特製船艦的賺幅超過20%，普通船艦則介於15至18%。

分析員指出，較早前該公司獲得墨西哥國油（PEMEX）頒給12億4千萬令吉的氣體壓縮服務合約，由於後者另有8項合約待發，該公司憑藉搶先優勢，有望爭取至少兩項新合約。

他補充，雖然墨西哥國油的潛在合約可以加強沿海工程的重複收入，但即使搶到合約，也可能要在2016至2017財政年才開始貢獻營收。

鑽井料如期在2014財政年第四季接收，預期可在2015財政年開始貢獻營收。安聯星展已將這項利好納進評估，假設每日收費為16萬6千美元。

（吉隆坡18日訊）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主要板工業）子公司以約1億8000萬令吉，脫售3艘離岸支援船和3艘拖船。

該公司向馬證交所報備，新合約推高訂單數額至24億令吉。其中船隻銷售訂單達12億令吉，其余12億令吉訂單為墨西哥石油公司（Pemex）首個自升式氣壓服務單位租船合約。

上述船隻料在今年和明年交付，預計將積極貢獻營業額和淨利。

同时，安联星展研究分析员认为，隨著沿海工程成功卖出上述油船，未来3年的净利，料取得18%年复合成长率（CAGR）。预计该公司可持续加强其净利前景。此外，肯纳格研究分析员指出，沿海工程凭藉油船市场的上升趋势，爭取总值12亿令吉的订单。虽然造船部门的净赚幅在2012財政年，已经回到15%至25%的正常水平，但整个造船领域的投资价值仍具吸引力。

另一方面，沿海工程目前共有2宗自升式钻井平台的订单，同时，也在计划再爭取另一宗订单。第一架钻井平台將在2014財政年交付，第2架在2015財政年交付。

安联星展研究分析员表示，「预计每天16.6万美元的租金，可令沿海工程扣除利息和税项前收入（EBIT），按年增加6600万令吉或33%。」

该分析员补充，沿海工程目前和一家名为Premex的墨西哥公司，签下一项值12亿令吉的天然气压缩机出租合约，未来，料可从对方手中爭取更多合约。

次季淨利4820萬 沿海工程派息3.4仙

（吉隆坡21日訊）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主要板工業）截至6月底次季，淨利按年漲50.6%至4820萬令吉；營業額亦按年起69.4%，至2億4240萬令吉，並宣布派發每股3.4仙中期股息。

該公司取得強勁業績表現，主要由交付新建岸外支援船隻（OSV），以及加強產品組合至高規格和高附加值新船貢獻。

沿海工程上半年淨利達9740萬令吉，按年漲幅為54.2%；營業額增49.7%至4億6710萬令吉。

該公司執行主席黃振興發布文告稱：“在全球油氣領域勘探和生產活動提振下，岸外支援船隻市場持續成長，並帶來強勁銷售成長和穩健淨利表現。”

截至6月底，該公司訂單總額為23億令吉，可持續至2015年。其中11億令吉為造船或船隻銷售訂單，其余12億令吉是為墨西哥Petroleos Mexicanos石油公司，建築氣體壓縮服務單位，料在明年下半年交付。
