如题：PenangFon 在 apartment 的速度是共享的还是各自一家 fix 2Mbps？
有时我用xunlei下载很快（~200MB 用了<5分钟，大概1.5Mbps都试过），但有时却很慢（<10Kbps）。想知道是line的问题，还是xunlei或其他的问题。

大家的情况如何？

我用bt download speed max可以达到 4000 kB/s 但不会常有。。

哇！很快了哦。。。。
換算過來的話，大概是40MB的配套，比streamyx的還快10倍咧。。。。。

you plan to subscribe? Haha...if you want to get a line that can't get IP/can't online/can't load website/can't download, just go ahead. IT has been down since yesterday 1030pm. Their support said "our support for residential is until 12am mid night" but they dare not answer my call now. Yesterday 130am one of support let me shoot cause he is bluffing saying TNB causing their network down since 1am (but why i couldn't online since 1030pm?) and said streamyx down also but I can confirmed streamyx is not down. What i can advice is don't ever subscribe to this ISP, you will regret once you subscribed. Later let me show how many people and topic created just to complaint their service. Their forum only accesible from Penangfon line as they want to  'cheat' more users to subscribe to their service. Now i'm using streamyx to get online.
If you think you can stand for such sucky line, just go ahead to subscribe. if you want to test, i can let you test my line. Don't ever listen to what their salesperson said and i can bet 90 out of 100users are not happy with their service. I'm preparing to complaint to MCMC/CFM and CAP on their poor service which they can't compliant to Communication and Multimedia Acts which stated an ISP must provice network uptime of 99.99% (which max downtime they could have in a year is 53min - now already more than 12hours).

Show me when did I "不冷静"? Or you can show the prove that Penangfon is good.

既然能上到7000kb/S但是现在不能了。。。。。
