web site administration 的问题

我是asp.net and  Microsoft SQL Server 2005的新手
我已经 install Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition 和 Microsoft SQL Server 2005
当我click asp.net configuration 那个web site administration show
" An error was encountered. Please return to the previous page and try again."
我click “how do i use tool“”时
这个message 跑出来

我restart了很多次都还是不能
各位大大。。。。。有什么办法吗？？？
