“打东方“保险投诉无门!!

我一份投资保单,每个月12号是通过信用卡自动过账的。这个月12号以前我已经通过经记停止这张保单了。可是东方“保险还是照就charge我。我叫他们退钱他们就一大堆借口和程序,还说要一个月才可以退钱

请问我有什么方法投诉他们这种类似“欺骗”的行为呢??

我打算去消费人协会投诉,可以吗?

以后大家过信用卡自动过账还东方“保险要小心哦

请确认你的断保日期。。。你几时交表格~不然很难帮你算~

保单偿还日期:每月11号。
我托agent在Chinese New Year前几天已经交了。可是他们说过了年才交的!!!

如果这三天他们不退钱,我拜六就会去投诉他们了。我不是好欺负的消费者!!我是出了名的complain king!

凡是通过信用卡自动过账的保费,将在保单偿还日期 2 天后扣信用卡。
如:保单偿还日期是每月11号,信用卡statement将在13号正式扣信用卡。 这是电脑自动过账的。

如果退保表格在12号或以后交到大东方公司办事处,当然会扣2月份的保费。

是agent在12号后才把退保表格+完整文件交到大东方办事处? 如果是这样,如何怪公司?要怪就怪agent了。

如果agent在6号前把退保表格+完整文件交到大东方办事处,而大东方过了12号才处理,就怪公司了。

注意:大东方 6 Feb 2008 开半天,7~9 Feb 2008 新年假期,11 Feb 2008 开始营业回。

你是几时把退保表格+完整文件交给agent?

楼主别生气,不管什么公司退钱都要花好几的时间。。我之前在IKEA买东西退钱等了超过一个月。。。所以呢,别生气。。。还有点好奇,为什么断保呢?可以分享下吗?:)

习惯啦。。。 每次都是收钱快,还钱慢的啦。Complain有用么?在新加坡可能可以,大马就。。。大选后再说

我会更它算清楚退款的数目加上每年18%的信用卡利息!!!!我会交给消费人协会和IMB处理。我甘愿付出超过RM125来让它给消费人士一个清楚的交待!!!

几时officially 退保我不懂,没有问agent.

公司还会扣保费是因为他们慢收到暂停表格

是你的agent没有跟你停,所以公司照charge你。
ge的agent很烂,我看得多了。
ge的受害者更多。 我最近又有两个朋友被agent骗了。

对啊!买GE的,有事时就会哭。我妹妹就是个例子。

她跟roommate买的。说要support好朋友。我妹妹是买basic protection, normally 会开一个这样的package。

Life + medical card + PA + 36 critical illness

我妹妹说budget RM150/month。then你们知道GE的agent怎样开package给她吗?她竟然没有给她PA。说RM150没有问题。她没有highlight PA的重要性给customer。有什么事,真的是哭死。

现在我妹妹就要多买PA咯!

support说support,保险是保自己的命的,叫你妹不要用自己的命来support嘛。。

如果是Prudential的话,150可以买到以下的利益咯:
1) PAP 人寿保险 40,000
2) CSP 36种病症 50,000
3) ADD 意外死亡或意外残废 80,000
4) AMR 小意外 2,000
5) WI 病假利益 3 units = 300 per week
6) PRUmajor med 4 医药卡 150,000
7) PRUmed 开刀手术利益 1 unit = minimum 50, maximum 1,500
8) HB 住院利益 2 unit = 2 x 50 = 100
9) PRUdisablility provider 残废津贴(每年) 3,000
10) PRUpayor basic 免保费利益+自动投资利益

deell,你怎么没说co-insurance呢 不要一直说别人的不好 你也还不是一样没有写明co-insurance 你放那么多rider也不会得到很高的回酬

ge的agent很烂,我看得多了。
ge的受害者更多。 我最近又有两个朋友被agent骗了。


deell 跟GREAT EASTERN 和 ING 有仇吗? 到处讲别人坏话。。一直火上加油。。
自己是PRUDENTIAL 的代理员也要有专业道德。

1) PAP 人寿保险 40,000
2) CSP 36种病症 50,000

我的朋友拥有类是的保险。。但是要供终生。。 而且回酬很少。。
到回公司问的时候,CUSTOMER SERVICE 说因为保障太高和太多了。。所以占了很多钱所以回酬少。
万一没供几期就断保了。。而且所有保障也不能上涨。。
好看不好吃。。
