Commencing 21 November 2007, SSM will offer the “Companies’ e-Lodgement” services. Subscribers are required to pay the prescribed fee of RM120.00 annually. Registered company secretaries are accorded the full range of services offered by the “Companies’ e-lodgement”. Services offered to directors or agents are for name search (Form 13A) or application for company secretary’s licence (Form 48B) only.
