今天收到一封律师信.......

今天收到一封律师信内容是这样:
that in consequence of a difference of area (sq.ft.)from the sale and purchase agreement dated 20/09/1995 and that strata title you are to pay a sum of RM 4,024.20
Building area as per sale & purchase agreement 700.00 sq.ft
Built up area as per strata title 721.18 sq.ft.

original purchase price is RM 132.800.00 for 700.00 sq.ft.
adjustment price per sq.ft is RM 190.00

Amount claimed for extra area = RM 190 X 21.18 sq.ft. =  RM 4,024.20

天!我买第二手的, 都买了几年了,有没有人有类似的情况?我该不该给呢?

要看回你的买卖合约, 看adjustment rate 的 clause, or First Schedule Page里面是否有, 如有, 需要付。

这些CLAUSE是给那些还是master title的产业的。
