Brief Information on AFFIN Securities Sdn. Bhd.

AFFIN Securities was incorporated on 15 May 1997; its authorised sharecapital consists of RM100,000,000.00 divided into 100,000,000 ordinaryshares of RM1.00 each and its paid up share capital is RM100,000,000.00consisting of 100,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1-00 each.

Rationale for the Winding-up

The Member's Voluntary Winding-up of AFFIN Securities is to rationalise and streamline the AHB Group structure.

Effects of the Winding-up

The winding-up of AFFIN Securities will not have any financial effect on the AHB Group.
