数码网络与挪威IT亚洲解约

（吉隆坡17日讯）数码网络（DIGI,6947,主板基建计划组）与挪威电讯IT亚洲公司（TITA）解除中央基建共享服务中心合约，并同意支付1385万5067令吉。

数码网络在文告中说，解约主要因为目前的成本等条件已与2014年和2016年签约时不尽相同。款额涵盖资产转移、TITA服务供应商等相关开销。

挪威电讯是数码网络和TITA共同大股东，分别掌握49%和100%股权。

（吉隆坡18日讯）隨著数码网络（DIGI，6947，主板基建股）和TelenorIT亚洲私人有限公司（TITA）全面终止早前签署的谅解备忘录以及信息技术基建服务，分析员认为，解除合约对数码网络的影响甚微，因此维持该股的评级和目標价。

数码网络昨天发文告宣布，由子公司--数码网络电讯私人有限公司（DTSB）支付TITA1385万令吉，作为终止谅解备忘录的和解赔偿款项。上述赔偿款额，包括资產转移价值、TITA作为指定服务供应商的和解赔偿和终止合约的费用。

大马投行分析员说，「该公司所支付的赔偿金额，低于2018財政年全年盈利预测的1%。」

因此，该分析员维持数码网络的盈利预测。

另外，分析员也指出，双方所终止的合作项目，仅仅是企业相关的信息技术基础建设，但不影响数码网络继续向挪威电讯公司（Telenor）採购通讯设备和科技平台。因此，分析员相信，数码网络將持续享有挪威电讯公司规模经济的好处。目前，挪威电讯公司持有数码网络49%的股权。

料重返伊教股

另一方面，分析员预计，证券监督委员会在5月份公佈伊斯兰教义股项新名单时，数码网络將重返该名单。

数码网络是在去年11月24日从该名单中被移除，主要是该公司去年底的传统债务佔总资產比重低于伊斯兰教义的条件。

翻开记录，数码网络在2016年11月1日支付5亿9900万令吉给政府，以获得900兆赫和1800兆赫的频谱，从而扩大传统债务比例。

此外，数码网络预计在1月23日（下週二）公佈2017財政年末季业绩。

分析员预计该公司去年末季业绩將符合预测。不过，市场竞爭激烈，以及外劳人数减少，预计將衝击数码网络的预付用户市场，特別是其他电讯业者--明讯（MAXIS，6012，主板贸服股）和天地通（Celcom）都投入大量资金改善4G网络服务和服务素质，因此数码网络的用户人数和每用户平均收入（ARPU）成长料继续受压。

数码网络全年赚近15亿

（吉隆坡23日讯）数码网络（DIGI，6947，主板基建股）截至去年12月杪末季，净赚3亿6008万令吉或每股4.63仙，按年跌3.88%。

该公司宣布当季派息每股4.6仙。

数码网络向交易所报备，股息除权日和享有权益日分别在2月22日和26日，3月23日支付。

根据文告，末季扣除利息、税务、折旧与摊销前盈利（简称EBITDA），按年跌1.3%至7亿3100万令吉，而EBITDA赚幅按年增0.1个百分点，处于44%水平。

末季营业额从16亿6972万令吉，按年减1.51%至16亿4453万令吉。其中，服务营业额虽然按季增2.5%，但却按年减2.7%至15亿1300万令吉。

互联网营收占49%

其中，预付和后付营业额，分别占9亿3300万令吉和5亿8000万令吉，分别按季涨1.5%和4.1%，由互联网用户人数达870万人支撑，这包括4G LTE的620万用户人数，推动网络数据流量增长16.2％。

智能手机渗透率也稳步上升72.7%。

该公司末季互联网营业额，占总服务营业额的49.4%，按年涨21.3%，按季增8.3%。

公司总执行长埃尔伯穆迪说：“我们在2017年实施的战略取得良好进展，凭借强劲的营运和财务表现及强劲数据支撑，凸显出我们的业务在这个竞争激烈环境中持续有动力。”

合计全年，数码网络净赚14亿7669万8000令吉，跌9.55%；营业额跌3.89%，写63亿4047万3000令吉。

EBITDA按年跌2.3%至28亿8600万令吉；EBITDA赚幅按年增1个百分点，至46%。

投资1.7亿升级网络

数码网络在末季，投入1亿7000万令吉的资本开销，因计划在全国网络扩展和优化设备，为超过4000个站点进行LTE升级。

展望2018年，数码网络通过永续增长、严格成本管理及创新营运效率，致力改善服务营业额增长，并使EBITDA维持在2017年水平。

数码网络预计，今年服务营业额会呈个位数下跌、EBITDA维持在2017水平，及资本支出对服务营业额比例为10至12%。【e南洋】

业绩符合预测．数码网络财测不变

（吉隆坡25日讯）数码网络（DIGI，6947，主板贸服组）2017财政年全年业绩表现普遍符合市场预测，惟其后付及预付服务业务营收成长仍平平无奇，虽然其数据业务领域有望提供支撑抵消部份劣势，大部份分析员还是稍为小幅度下调其预测。

达证券将2018及2019财政年净利预测，稍为下调1.5%及1.4%，至15亿3100万令吉及15亿8200万令吉，因管理层预料未来服务领域营收入成长继续持平。

丰隆研究指出，数码网络2017财政年核心净利15亿令吉稍令市场失望，预付及后付业务未见改善，将其2018及2019财政年每股净利预测分别下调6.7%及3.3%。

大众研究表示，数码网络最新业绩表现没有惊喜，将其2018及2019财政年净利预测，稍为下调2%及3%。

由于数码网络2017财政年的预付服务营收走低，MIDF研究将预付用户假设数目微调至900万名以下，后付服务的每用户平均收入假设也稍为向下调整，2018财政年的净利预测，稍为下调至14亿零330万令吉。

不过，联昌研究将其2018及2019财政年核心净利预测上调2.4%及2.7%，主要是预料其2018年的服务营收微增1.1%，2019及2020年则进一步增长2.5%及1.8%，因获得后付服务及数据业务较好表现支撑。

达证券指出，进入2018年，公司管理层预测服务营收成长平平，甚至可能出现单位数跌幅，主要是受到过去遗留的问题及架构性质下跌拖累，惟数据营收有增无减料可抵消部份劣势。

肯纳格研究指出，数码网络推行的数码化转型计划开始浮现成果，数据业务营收出现全面成长，特别是2017年的互联网营收按年成长16.5%至27亿令吉，占全年营业额的43%（2016年为35%），有望为未来盈利提供支持。

丰隆依然看好数码网络的潜在优点，包括派发高息、低频带改善效率、强劲资产负债表支持频谱费用、及稳健的管理层等。

艾毕斯研究则乐观看待其未来的后付业务，料将作出更好盈利贡献，后付领域也将复苏。

3因素不利　数码网络料今年服务营收持平

（吉隆坡14日讯）基于业內竞爭激烈、移动终端费率（mobile termination rates）下跌和语音通话抢佔市场，数码网络（DIGI，6947，主板基建股）预计今年服务营收將持平或呈个位数下滑。

数码网络首席財务员纳谷瑟哈尔出席今日股东常年大会后，向媒体说，「今年市场竞爭依旧惨烈，且充满挑战性。」

不过，纳谷瑟哈尔强调，今年公司未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前盈利（EBITDA）赚幅料维持去年水平。去年的EBITDA赚幅为44%。

他称：「若营收下滑，数码网络將削减成本开销，以便维持EBITDA赚幅。」

强攻互联网后付市场

另外，数码网络今年的资本开销料占服务收入的10%至12%，而去年则为11%至13%。

与此同时，纳谷瑟哈尔表示，公司今年將继续强攻互联网和后付服务（postpaid）市场，期盼以此创造更庞大的可持续收入。「和往年一样，我们首重任务是吸引更多的客户使用我们的互联网服务（data）。」

纳谷瑟哈尔表示，公司今年首季的互联网和后付服务营收分別按年增长22.5%和13.7%，而消费者每月平均互联网使用也从去年的6.8GB，增加至今年的7.2GB，这显示该业务极具成长空间。

「同时，这也反映数码网络从传统的预付服务转型至互联网和后付服务已见成效。」

另外，纳谷瑟哈尔也披露，数码网络今年会专注数码转型和投资金融科技（fintech）。数码网络自去年已推出一款电子钱包，Vcash，惟截至目前尚未为公司贡献盈利。

「现阶段我们更专注于获得更多用户和建立生態系统。我们希望藉由发展Vcash，吸引更多商家用户，自此数码网络得以进军中小型企业市场。」

而公司数码转型方面，数码网络的MyDigi手机应用程序的活跃用户人数已从去年的170万名，增加至250万名。纳谷瑟哈尔表示，公司將继续增加该应用程序的功能，以优化用户使用体验，吸引更多用户使用该应用程序。【东方网财经】
