昨天 ? CARI 系统LOGIN 不进仅 .......... 没有向大家报告 .

IOI .... 让我跌眼睛 , 因为报章篇报告说 , 棕油还会下跌 20% ..... 一早 , 就把手上的  20000  抛出 ....... 谁知 ........... 最后 , 没有办法 , 全部 BUY BACK ....亏 2 K +++ .....

不过 , GENTING.......就表象良好 ......昨天最高 5.80 .........手上 9100  , 5.3X ......

政局有变股市影响不大，只有和政府有关联的公司惨而已，我也有收到风种植股会暴跌一轮我所以锁住了ASIATIC，S。BAGAN，BKAWAN准备杀他一轮。

We refer to the announcements dated 6 June 2008, 9 June 2008, 7 July 2008, 16 July 2008 and 17 July 2008 in relation to the Offer, and the offer document issued by the Joint Offerors through OSK on 27 June 2008 in relation to the Offer (“Offer Document”).

On behalf of the Joint Offerors, OSK wishes to announce that the shareholders of RB have approved the ordinary resolution in relation to the Offer at the extraordinary general meeting of RB held today.

In view that all the required approvals for the Offer as set out in Section 2 of the Offer Document have been obtained, the Offer is hereby declared unconditional as at 25 July 2008.

In accordance with the Malaysian Code on Take-Overs and Mergers, 1998, if the Joint Offerors receive valid and complete acceptances from the shareholders of Ranhill Utilities Berhad (“RUB”) on or before the date of this announcement, payment will be made within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this announcement (i.e. the Offer becomes or is declared unconditional). If valid and complete acceptances are received by the Joint Offerors after the date of this announcement, payment will be made within twenty-one (21) days from the date the valid acceptances are received from the shareholders of RUB.

On behalf of the Joint Offerors, OSK also wishes to announce that based on the acceptances received by the Joint Offerors as at 5.00 p.m. on 25 July 2008 in conjunction with the Offer, the Joint Offerors and the persons acting in concert with the Joint Offerors now hold an aggregate of 95.27% of the issued and paid-up share capital of RUB, further details of which are set out in Table 1 below.

As set out in Section 4.1 of the Offer Document, the Joint Offerors do not intend to maintain the listing status of RUB, consequent upon which the Joint Offerors will instruct RUB to request for the delisting of the shares of RUB from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.

Shareholders of RUB who have yet to accept the Offer are advised to refer to the Offer Document for the terms, conditions and procedures for acceptance of the Offer as well as the independent advice circular issued by AmInvestment Bank Berhad dated 7 July 2008, should they decide to accept the Offer.

The Offer shall remain open for acceptances up to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Friday, 8 August 2008.
