主要需要先看你的情况是否适合开始投资。如果适合，这个时候的确是开始投资的好时机。全球股市大部分都下跌了介于40-80%，这个时候大部分的股票都没有被高估的情况，只要选到好股，基本上就肯定赚钱，只是时间问题。

当然，你要投资基金前，必须了解基金的运作，确定这工具是适合你的，这样你才能在投资路上成功。决定了要投资，就必须注意你的投资策略。在这个时候，不是随便投资都能赚钱的。

你应该还没有工作吧。EPF是公积金，每个月发薪水时，都会在你薪水那扣除11%进EPF。

EPF的利息是公积金局和雇员协会商量后决定的。以前的确不错，有7-8%一年，但是最近就降低了，2007年的一个大牛市，普通信托基金都有30-80%回酬，EPF只给5.8%。2008年，现在好像也还没有宣布。如果已经宣布而我错过了，请通知。近几年EPF的利息都处于4-6%。

风险方面，的确不大，因为是政府保证的。但是EPF的投资策略一向不透明，没有人知道是否会赚钱还是亏钱的。唯一的风险就是马来西亚政府破产或工作人口大量减少，那EPF可能就不足以还回给全部会员。

如果你直接投资股票，那你就必须学习了。我也是正在摸索。

但是，如果你选择投资基金，那就不必费神。投资基金其实就是投资股票，只是有专业的基金经理帮你选股。你主要是选择你看好的相关区域和领域就可以了。

如果你买的是大众信托的基金，那你可以到任何一间大众信托分行填了表格就可以卖。找不到代理了?

i buy that fund is Public Islamic Dividen Fund..
Is it belong to public bank?

recently i go one of the public bank branch and request to sell it and then they give me a form to fill in..
after i summit the form half an hour, the public mutual site call me to summit the ink copy to complete the selling...
i go public bank again and summit the ink copy...
but now i still don't have any answer from the public mutual site..

请用中文发表。。。

卖基金只需填switching/repurchase form，应该没有ink copy啊。。。而且通常只能在大众信托的分行弄。PIDF是大众信托的基金。
