（吉隆坡2日訊）RCE資本（RCECAP，9296，主要板金融）將與國家銀行合作，使用央信貸資訊系統（CCRIS）數據庫，獲得資料審查借款者紀錄，以維持貸款素質。

RCE資本總執行長羅錦全說：“我們不旨在擴大業務，但更關注在確保公司擁有良好質量的貸款，確保貸款投資組合更全面。屆時，我們將具備更全面審查借款者的投資組合。”

他在RCE資本常年股東大會結束后，如是指出；連同羅錦全會見媒體的RCE資本高層，還包括主席沙曼和財務總監葉俊盛。

中央信貸資訊系統是個允許用戶接觸借款者資料的數據庫，可讓該公司徹底發放貸款，進而維持貸款素質。

羅錦全指出，上述舉動符合公司對經商環境前景持謹慎態度的狀況。

“我對公司2016財年前景感到謹慎，相信消費者融資業務，將是公司接下來的主要貢獻。”

他解釋，公司將不會關注在商業融資業務，因為該業務將面對挑戰，也相當高風險。

“我們想退一步並重新評估形勢。無論如何，商業融資業務仍有客戶群，仍然為公司帶來收入。”

另外，他說，公司現階段並沒有任何收購目標，但對增值的潛在商機保持開放態度。

RCE資本的主要業務是提供消費者融資和商業融資。

羅錦全表示，公司將專注於消費者融資業務，並無拓展商業融資業務的計劃，因為后者風險較高。

目前，消費者融資業務占RCE資本將近100%的營業額，為公司主要貢獻者。

無計劃與大馬銀行合併

RCE資本大股東丹斯里阿茲曼哈欣於上月，間接增持股權至61.35%；針對該公司是否與大馬銀行（AMBANK，1015，主板金融股）合併一事，沙曼表示，公司並無此計劃，也不打算進行私有化活動。

截至2015財年，RCE資本負債率達1.07倍，去年同期為0.45倍。

當被問及負債率暴增，羅錦全表示，目前還不算太高。

“公司須獲得提升，不能只靠股市籌集資金。”

RCE资本回退9830万

（吉隆坡5日讯）RCE资本（RCECap，9296，主板金融股）建议，回退接近9830万令吉的资本，以及整合股票，以便达到更有效的资本架构。

公司建议，通过削减资本方式，将接近9830万令吉，或相等于每股7.5仙的资本回退给股东。

之后则把4股，面值各2.5仙，整合成1股，面值为10仙。

次季赚1021万

公司表示，这预计将在不影响股东持股率的情况下，改善每股净利、净资产和投资回酬率（ROE）。

同时，资本回退为了回馈给股东。

此外，RCE资本公布截至9月30日止次季净赚1021万5000令吉或每股净利0.80仙，与上财年同期的564万5000令吉或0.50仙比较，按年增80.96%。

这主要是因为收入增加、收款情况获得改善，以及贷款减值亏损的拨备较低。

至于营业额则按年增20.69%，至3904万3000令吉。

公司首半年净利达1965万2000令吉或1.54仙，按年扩大56.95%；营业额增21.94%，达7653万2000令吉。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡14日讯）基於家庭债务处於高水平，以及市场情绪仍低迷，RCE资本（RCECAP，9296，主板金融股）表示，將更谨慎放贷，因此，也预期今年的贷款仅会取得微幅成长。

RCE资本2015財政年（截至3月31日结账）的贷款总额达12亿令吉，该公司首席財务员叶俊盛表示，今年的贷款料可取得微幅成长。

与此同时，在目前低迷的经济环境下，该公司將保持谨慎的態度。

因此，主要以私人贷款为主的RCE资本不打算贸然扩充至商业贷款或其他方面。

此外，该公司首席执行员罗锦全指出，市场的贷款需求仍在，不过，该公司將以谨慎的態度来发放贷款。

罗锦全表示，RCE资本將持续留意合適的併购机会，会以与其业务相关的资產为主，收购对象可以是国內或国外的资產，但目前仍未与任何一方进行洽谈。

两人是在RCE资本今天的股东特別大会后，会见记者时发表以上谈话，该公司主席夏满亦有出席这场记者会。

致力维持呆账率

另外，罗锦全指出，该公司將致力於维持呆账率，他指出，呆账目前已有所下滑，惟他不愿透露当前的呆账水平。

此外，由於油价大幅下滑，迫使政府修改2016年预算案。询及是否会对该公司造成影响，他说，「这是有可能的事，不过目前还言之过早。」

利息收入高‧RCE資本第三季淨利翻3倍

（吉隆坡3日訊）歸功於高利息收入及資產素質優化政策奏效，RCE資本（RCECAP，9296，主板金融組）截至2015年12月31日止第三季淨利翻了3倍至1千300萬3千令吉，連帶9個月淨利也增長逾倍至3千265萬5千令吉。

第三季營業額揚23.89%至4千155萬2千令吉，推動9個月營業額增長22.62%至1億1千808萬4千令吉。

該公司發文告表示，集團未來將專注強化信貸素質、強化貸款發放的回收時間和控製成本。

“同時，我們存取中央信貸情報資訊系統（CCRIS）措施取得良好進展，相關計劃有望在現財政年杪前上線。”

排除任何不可預期因素，RCE資本相信截至2016年3月31日止財政年表現將比前期為好。（星洲日報／財經）
