Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been handed £100m with which to reshape his inconsistent squad over the Summer.
The Daily Star report that the German coach is looking to replace goalkeeper Simon Mignolet with either Stoke City's Jack Butland or Southampton's Fraser Forster.
Klopp is believed to be growing tired of the Belgian stopper, who has made quite a few mistakes this season, and is ready to sell him, despite the player having signed a new contract earlier this year.
Butland currently owns the safest pair of hands in the Premier League right now, and has been absolutely magnificent since replacing Asmir Begovic, who left for Chelsea last Summer.
Forster is in great form as well, and is one of the Saints' most important players this season.
Either keeper would probably do well at Liverpool. They're both having super seasons at their respective clubs and seem a better option than Mignolet at the moment.
The Reds have also been linked with loads of world-class talents such as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Dennis Praett and Martin Caceres.
They have played better under Klopp this season, albeit not markedly, when compared with results under Brendan Rodgers. Their defending has been a real sore point so far, and Mignolet isn't making things any better between the sticks.
