可能交钥匙的时候最小间的双层intermediate luanch price是1mil了。。。

You r right. I m thinking even property bubble happens as long as we can hold n gone through it, everything shall back to normal... This is just my own opinion.

Congrat! We've new neighbor .
I'm more excited then worry because during the launch for Aurora, I saw SEC master plan has a precinct for commercial development, it is still in planning stage and hopefully having that would add more amenity and convenience for those staying nearby.

你的SPA里的floor plan 会比较准确。我的SPA Floor plan 和website 的不大一样。在website 里的Hazel 和Oak floorplan看起来像是one leaf door..

之前有店屋开放登记。。。。快半年了。。。不知道luanch了没。。。也不知道卖到怎样。。。只知道当时放出来的价钱是很吓人一下的。。。

应该还没launch....连Aurora launh的也很突然，因为很多提早open for registration的都还没launch...

没错。。。没有show house...其实很多发展商也是这样。。。
