DISSOLUTION OF RESORTS OVERSEAS INVESTMENTS LIMITED AND R.W. OVERSEAS
INVESTMENTS LIMITED
We wish to inform that Resorts Overseas Investments Limited (ROIL) and R.W. Overseas Investments Limited (RWOIL), both dormant indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of Genting Malaysia Berhad (formerly known as Resorts World Bhd) (GENM" , incorporated in the Isle of Man were dissolved on 17 August 2009 under Section 190 of the Isle of Man Companies Act 2006.
As such, ROIL and RWOIL had ceased to be the subsidiaries in the GENM Group with effect from 17 August 2009. The dissolution of the above subsidiaries has no impact on the net assets and earnings per share of the GENM Group for the financial year ending 31 December
2009. |

但她被卖压很久了。七月冲上1100+时她也只升一点点。总有一天会冲出困境吧！那有那麽多票来卖压呢？2。78 和综指在~1050时差不多！相兴她冲上3。00的日子应该不远了吧！如果还是这样下去（过不了3。00），还是转投云顶3182好了。。。 |
