记得有位网友说过
"其实呢,不是中东账不好收,而是那里的project team不是很好
工程delay 了又delay,搞到那里的main con, architect都火了,progress claim就不美。。
然后开会时我们的总经理也大干特干。。没办法,因为lcl能不能飞就靠dubai的project了"
是不是因为这样所以Amountdue from customers for contract works才会增加这么多??

看来管理层没骗人,profit margin真的因为UAE的project而提高了。
5642/1647=11%
3402/38429=8。8%
相信在下一季由于UAE的turnover又加大就会增加profit margin。
下一季的profit margin和profit相信会比这一季好。
下午的市应该就会好,现在大家只在等中国开市 |

只是大部分的工程都会在今年完成,希望真的如管理层所说能拿到多点工程吧。。那就真的实质的投资了。。。  |

NEW CONTRACTS SECURED BY ASSOCIATED COMPANY, LCL INTERIORS LLC, DUBAI
Contents :
LCL Corporation Berhad (" the Company") is pleased to announce that its associated company in Dubai, LCL Interiors LLC ("LCLI") , has secured several new contracts as follows:-
a) A nomination from Emaar Properties PJSC to nominate LCLI to the main contractor, Al Jaber LEGT Engineering & Contracting (ALEC) LLC, to undertake the sub-contract works for the design and construction of the complete interior fit-out works for the Hotel and Serviced Apartment Tower known as Dubai Marina Mall and Hotel/Apartments subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Letter of Nomination at a total contract sum of AED 128,563,050 (approximately RM119.6 million). Emaar Properties PJSC is the owner of the Dubai Marina Mall and Hotel/Apartments;
b) Supply and installation of Interior Architectural Woodworks, ironmongeries and reconstituted stone top to kitchen cabinet being sub-contract works from Shimizu Corporation (Dubai Branch) for the Palm Jumeirah Marina Apartments in Dubai, at a total contract sum of AED 36,806,755.00 (approximately RM34.2 Million);
c) Fit out and electro mechanical works from Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC for their call centre at a total contract sum of AED 14,655,174 (approximately RM13.7 million) .
It is expected that the above secured projects will contribute positively towards the earnings of the group for this financial year. The above awards being incurred by LCLI in its ordinary course of business are not subject to the approval of any regulatory authorities or shareholders of the Company or LCLI.
None of the Directors and major shareholders and persons connected to them has any interest whether direct or indirect in the above transactions.

The Company is pleased to inform that Saujana Hotel Sdn Bhd ("SHSB") vide its Letter of Acceptance dated 23 May 2007, has awarded LCL Furniture Sdn Bhd ("LCLF"), the subsidiary company of LCL Corporation Berhad, contract for Interior Design Renovation for block D & E (Guest Room & Corridor) and spring clean & SPA in Block C in Saujana Resort, Shah Alam, subject to the terms and conditions of the said Letter of Acceptance at a total contract sum of RM23,650,000.00.
It is expected that the said project will contribute positively towards the earnings of the Group for this financial year.
None of the Directors and major shareholders and persons connected to them has any interest whether direct or indirect in the above transactions. |

LCL Corp secures RM191m deals
May 29 2007
INTERIOR fit-out specialist LCL Corporation Bhd has secured four contracts worth RM191.2 million.
Three of the contracts are for interior fit-out works in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The contracts involve Palm Jumeirah Marina Apartments at RM34.2 million, a call centre owned by Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC at RM13.7 million, and Dubai Marina Hotel and Apartments at RM119.6 million.
The fourth contract is for interior fit-out works at the Saujana Hotel in Shah Alam worth RM23.7 million, LCL said in a statement.
With the new projects, the company’s order book worldwide as at May 2007 has increased to about RM550 million.
According to LCL, the projects are mainly from three main markets — Kazakhstan, Malaysia and the UAE.
Its group managing director, Low Chin Meng, said the company is confident of securing more projects with its track record and reputation. — Bernama

跌了不用紧,最重要的是已经不会再担心将来会不会起了,因为当project开始赚钱时股票也是会起回的。 |

竟然一次过公布那么多好消息,明天有战打了,
如果股价跌=有人在公布好消息时就买进等套利。
如果股价起=公司好消息没有让人知道。
不过,跌的机会比起比较多。。。。。
因为市场就是那样的。。。。。。。。 |
