While patches for the PC version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt are coming at a rather regular pace, first real console patch after the one on day one (1.02 was just solving a SKU problem for Europe) has still to come, due to the lengths of certification at Sony and Microsoft.
Yet, it will have some interestig goodies. A few days ago CD Projekt mentioned that they were looking at the smallish font on consoles, and looks like the fix will make it in the upcoming patch, as said by Community Coordinator Marcin Momot:
@Tyla_DJ Yes. It does. The fonts will be bigger.

Frame rate on Xbox One is unlocked, meaning that it’s a little bouncy, often over 30 FPS. Luckily a lock option is coming:
@stay_scialla The lock should be there in the upcoming patch.

Momot also explained that the team is aware of the bug that causes many to become stuck in a loading screen at the end of the King’s Gambit quest:
“We are aware of this problem. It should be addressed in the near future. Sorry about the inconvenience.”
Finally, we get a couple snippet about the upcoming expansions. First of all, according to Momot, there are no plans for a boxed release. At least for the moment, if you want them, you’ll have to get them digital.
Secondly, as mentioned by Quest Designer Philipp Weber, they will be fully separate storylines from the main game:
“They’re totally separate storylines, but it’s too soon to talk about it.”
