其實你不必擔心, MOM 有法律來保護孕婦。雇主不能簡單地發出警告信,然後解僱僱員。如果你的妻子解僱了,她的老闆仍然需要支付她3個月的工資,根據MOM的法律.
"If employer terminates the employment of a pregnant employee within six months from the date of estimated delivery or the date of her confinement without sufficient cause, the employer is required to pay the employee maternity benefits she would have otherwise been eligible for.
Employer is required to pay an eligible employee maternity benefits if she is retrenched within three months from the date of estimated delivery or the date of her confinement. "

之前我们已询问过了,他们说必须正式被解雇,才可以告雇主。
谢谢大家的支持,我老婆现在过的很好,她甚至说要感谢那个AHNEHNEH,她现在才发觉做freelancer是多么自由自在,又不用天天早起塞车去上班,收入也不错。累了又可以睡随时随地躺着休息。
