Netlist Inc. (NLST) - NLST continues to be the hottest stock on Wall Street and provides the greatest trading opportunities. There will be major resistance at $8.00 which goes back to the start of 2009. On the downside, there is some support $7.00 as well as $6.60. I would be a buyer of NLST in the lower $6's if I get the chance.

Future 很重要。

未開市前一定要看。。。
要是當天Future跌了幾十點，那當天Market就會臉 “紅紅”。
要是上幾十點，那當天的Market就會臉“青青”。


當然也要同時參考歐洲那里的Future及有什么MarketEvents，這些全部都會左右市場的。

我目前是用POEMS, 只能卖, 不能买。

PK? PinkSheet嗎？

要是Pinksheet的股票，只能打給Dealer/Remisier叫他們賣，不能買。
CIMB-GK 的也一樣。

PK and OTC Counter
是屬于其他小的Exchange 做買賣的股票。
他們不需要達到 SEC 的要求來做買賣。
（PK在外國是可以做買賣，只有我們這裏的不能-只能賣不能買。）


What Does Pink Sheets Mean?
A dailypublication compiled by the National Quotation Bureau with bid and askprices of over-the-counter (OTC) stocks, including the market makerswho trade them. Unlike companies on a stock exchange, companies quotedon the pink sheets system do not need to meet minimum requirements orfile with the SEC. Pink sheets also refers to OTC trading.

What does it mean when a stock trades on the Pink Sheets or the OTCBB?
The stocks of well-known companies such as General Electric and Microsoft trade on major exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Nasdaq. But companies like GE and Microsoft must be listed -that is, accepted for trading purposes by a recognized and regulatedexchange - prior to actually trading on an exchange. When a companyisn't listed, it often will trade on the Pink Sheets or the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB).

A stock that doesn't trade on a major exchange is said to trade over the counter (OTC). This means that the stock is dealt between individuals connected by telephone and computer networks.

Companies will typically be listed on the OTCBB for one of two reasons:

(1) The company has been delistedfrom a major exchange. When a company is facing tough times and isunable to meet the requirements for continued listing on the Nasdaq orNYSE, it will be delisted. This usually happens to companies that areunder financial strain and near bankruptcy. Even when listed on theOTCBB, companies are still required to maintain SECfilings and minimum requirements set by the OTCBB; however, theserequirements are considerably easier to meet than those set by thenational exchanges. If a company undergoes bankruptcy proceedings ormisses certain SEC filings, an additional letter will be added to thecompany's ticker symbol to notify investors of this problem.

(2)The company may be listed on the OTCBB because it is unable to meet theinitial listing requirements of the Nasdaq or NYSE. In such a case, acompany may choose to test the waters of the OTCBB, using it as astepping stone before leaping into the larger exchanges and markets.

ThePink Sheets are different from the OTCBB. Companies on the Pink Sheetsare not required to meet minimum requirements or file with the SEC.So-named because they were actually printed on pink paper, the PinkSheets started out as a daily quote service provided by the NationalQuotation Bureau. Typically, companies are on the Pink Sheets becauseeither they are too small to be listed on a national exchange or theydo not wish to make their budgets and accounting statements public. Toavoid having to file with the SEC, some large foreign companies such asNestle S.A. have penetrated the American securities markets through thePink Sheets. Companies listed on the Pink Sheets are difficult toanalyze because it is tough to obtain accurate information about them.The companies on the Pink Sheets are usually penny stocks and are often targets of price manipulation. They should only be purchased with extreme caution.
