考虑破1.700的排位价吧

V回弹1.750-1。780设置套利点--目前他只有等炒的症状--长远投资还不是时候考虑他

是一百千股，等于１７８千元+手续费。

其实也不算是大庄家啦。对于星泉往后的走势会到什么点，我不是大股东，更不是股神，我不可能知道。

但是，可以预算在最高价的调整１５－２0％的价钱内，应该才有机会反弹，而且，最近成交量奇差，股市会慢慢调整，星泉要反弹也应该不会这么快吧。

KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Investment Bank bought 1.71 million shares of newly-listed Xingquan International Sports Holdings Bhd on Monday, July 13.

It said on July 14 the purchase of the shares, at prices between RM1.72 to RM1.78,  was part of the price stabilisation mechanisam.

The Edge FinancialDaily reported that CIMB Investment Bank was the first underwriter of an initial public offering (IPO) to exercise a “green shoe” option and price stabilisation mechanism, a Securities Commission (SC) regulation that has been in place since January 2008.

Both mechanisms were enabled by the coming into force of the SC’s Capital Markets and Services (Price Stabilisation Mechanism) Regulations 2008, which is aimed at stabilising the share price of a company post-IPO.

Under the “green shoe” option, the mechanisms allow the underwriter to over-allot a certain number of shares in the IPO that is valued in excess of RM150 million, with an undertaking by the to-be-listed company to issue new shares towards covering the over-allotment, if need be.

CIMB Investment had over-allotted some 5.87 million shares over and above the 92.2 million new shares issued under Xingquan International Sports Holdings Ltd’s IPO last week.

CIMB Investment had then borrowed the number of over-alloted shares from Xingquan’s major shareholder Tai Zhen Xiang Holdings Ltd, the holding company of Wu Qingquan who is the company’s executive chairman and chief executive, to cover the over-allotment, according to its prospectus.

On Monday, CIMB Investment announced that it had purchased some 3.75 million Xingquan shares last Friday in its capacity as “stabilising manager” to return some of those borrowed shares. The purchase was the first transaction of its kind on Bursa Malaysia ever since the new regulation was introduced early last year.

以生意人的观点来看，上市的目的就是要集资用来扩充生意，大前提是在集资的同时也能确保身家不会应为市场的炒作而缩水，尤其是对在赚着大钱的公司来说更为重要。。所以适当的稳定股价是必要的。
T+3明天到期，试想如果每个人都觉得股票不值钱而丢票，没有人接票，公司能拿到钱吗？

联昌采新机制  星泉股价稳定
（吉隆坡14日讯）星泉鞋材（XINQUAN，5155，主板消费）透过包销商启动股价稳定机制，成为我国首家动用是项新机制的首发股。

星泉首发股包销商联昌投资银行向马证交所报备，分别在7月10日及13日，买入两批星泉股票，以退回早前“借用”的部分增发股票，成为首家启用新机制的包销商。

根据文告，联昌投银是在上周五（11日）购入星泉375万股，收购价介于1.73至1.80令吉。

该投银也在本周一（13日）买入171万4700股，收购价介于1.72至1.78令吉。

这两项交易，也是价格稳定机制生效以来的首宗交易。

证券监督委员会是在去年1月11日，实施2008年资本市场及服务（价格稳定机制）管制，并在同日推介超额配股权（Greenshoe option，也称绿鞋期权）及价格稳定机制。

在这项管制下，包销商可增发比原定发行量多15%的新股，除了应付市场新股需求，也助稳定上市后股价走势。

闭市时，星泉报1.78令吉，起1仙，成交量468万1300股。

绝对正确--利用股市的波动最高最低-设定一个区域和本身的判断作为整合--然后一旦接近区域时留意超卖现象出现时抓V进场赚技术反弹的钱--这是也是战术之一

当区域配合KLCI高点平行时可以设定高点的买入价--当区域低点和KLCI走低平行时设立低一点的买入价

举个例子【我在上面有写过的】--当他跌破首天开市价后-刚好KLCI也同步下滑--他们两者的曲线图交叉着平行向下--于是移动区域被拉至1.750-1.650间--当KLCI的下跌幅度【%】和他的【%】异常时【跑比KLCI快判断为技术超卖--设定在1.700以下--套利点1。750符合区域范围--这是比较安全和保险的投机技术--反之就不要乱追入涨幅升高的走势内【中套的%高-或者套利价设定过高或者过早】--区域移动的掌握技术也是让自己设立切入点的要诀之一--从而这个技术你会了后--你绝对不会冒冒然在1.750以上就冲进场了【面对1.720的账面亏损压力】

把我这段抄去我的部落格再整合那边的技术文献看看--很容易就知道我在说什么了
