提高馬越核心業務產量‧馬麵粉廠1.6億擴充設施

（吉隆坡9日訊）馬面粉廠（MFLOUR，3662，主板消費品組）計劃投資1億6千萬令吉擴充大馬及越南廠房設施，以提高核心業務產量。

馬面粉廠董事經理鄭偉財在股東大會後接受訪問時透露，公司將耗資1億2千萬令吉，為紅土坎、巴西古當廠房及家禽業進行擴充計劃。

其中8千萬令吉將用於紅土坎及巴西古當廠房擴充計劃，4千萬用於家禽業，包括擴展肉雞、種雞及家禽加工品產能。

越南方面，該公司將投資1千500萬美元（約4千500萬令吉）為2家廠房進行擴充，南部廠房擴充預計於今年5月份完工，北部廠房則將在2年內完成。
提高越南市佔率至30%

他預期越南2家廠房擴充後，有助於提高越南麵粉市場佔有率至30%，以及增加50%產能，以應付每年增長的市場需求量。

目前該廠房總產能為1千600公噸，越南麵粉市場佔有率為25%。

另外，馬面粉廠與豐田通商（Toyota Tsusho）和印尼FKS資本聯營的印尼麵粉廠PT Bungasari將於2014年竣工。

該公司持有印尼麵粉廠30%股權，並放眼印尼龐大的人口消費市場，料可為財政收益作出正面貢獻。

印越發展潛能大
鄭偉財說，印尼每年的人均麵粉消費量為18公斤，越南為12公斤，這些數字顯示，這兩國市場依然有很大的發展潛能。

在股東大會上，他表示公司正與霹靂州政府洽談30公頃土地業權問題，以擴展其儲倉設備及增設新廠房。

截至去年12月31日財政年，該集團營業額從2010年的16億令吉提昇至19億令吉，但只取得1億零360萬令吉稅前盈利，比2010年下跌19%。（星洲日報／財經）

今天·也SHORT它和孩子， 但只买回一半。
卖1.69，买回一半1.64；
孩子开市卖0.515， 买回一半0.495

明天再跌就全部卖出，
如果跌到1.40和0.30才打算买回。

没什么特别原因，是那天看到不太礼貌的职员。我不想我投资的公司是那么鸟样的，还没进场就用电话卖光了：1.85
