我曾到Public Bank填寫過兩次的SI Form以取消Public Mutual的Auto Debit，但第一次該是客服沒帮我交表格上去。

第二次更离譜，Public Mutual來信說我沒填寫Fund 的A/C no，要求我再次去填寫表格。

我只有一個帳號是用auto debit的，況且還有附上I/C No.，查個帳號有這么難嗎？

處理這事前后用了超過半年時間都沒解決，所以現在安全起見就是每月在auto debit過帳前把帳號的錢提到另一戶口。:@

我也想pot，只不过写email给他们钱还是拿不回啊，我曾经写过complain letter，没有得到任何回复 ！

代理知道的是6个月没有DDI，就会停止，但是如果银行那没有停止，银行依然会做这个DDI。最好是找你的代理，填表格申请停止这DDI。不会太麻烦的。

最好找代理，因为要避免类似Uptowngal网友的问题，填表格填漏了。说真的，如果你填少了资料，的确是不受理的。他们不会帮你查。什么表格都好，填少了肯定不会受理。

如果我想开个新的户口呢？
因为原本我已有一个大众户口用来做AUTO DEBIT的。
现在我想取消并开个新的户口。
请问表格是否能在银行那里拿到？

其實也不會太麻煩，因我原本每個月都要到銀行提款一次，分別只在于原本只提部份，現在提完而已。然后要過帳的銀行剛好在隔壁，只是多走几步，去存入現款就行了。

其實填少了這部份也不曉得該追究誰的責任，因銀行客服是說就只一個帳號是沒問題的，因為我其他的基本資料都有在里頭，但怎知道Public Mutual那里的說法又不一樣......。

你取消现在的储蓄户口再开，可以到银行去办。然后再向代理填表格利用新的储蓄户口做DDI。

要追究责任，那就困难了。最好是自己填表格时，不要填少。可以让你的代理检查，并让你的代理交上去。

高风险的信托基金和股票有何分别？？
哪一个比较划算？？？

信托基金是信托基金，股票是股票，更本不能相提并论。即使是高风险的基金，其风险也没有投资个股来得高。想想，一个基金投资在20-50个股票。自己投资股票，只能投资一个股票。

划算？没有说哪个划算。只看哪个适合你。如果你对股票有兴趣并有心得，可以自己投资股票。如果觉得自己不懂怎么选股票，就投资基金。即使投资了股票，也能分一部分的钱投资基金，将风险分散。
