我刚submit了online form，这次是放suggestion，竟然没有问题！之前放complaint，竟然不能过！

刚刚submit的appeal letter:

Dear OCBC,

I write with reference to my recent application for the credit based facility, OCBC Titanium Mastercard, provided by you, and your subsequent refusal of the facility. Whilst I appreciate your specific criteria for the product itself, I would like to appeal your decision because i can provide you the information or documents that may make you reconsider.

My monthly salary is SGDxxxxx, if one to one conversion, it would be RMxxxx and fulfill the minimum income criteria for your credit card (annual income of RM36000). I have been working in the current xxxxx (xxxxxxx) since xxxxx. The nature of my work is xxxx while my xxxx is government linked. My records for my house loan and car loan can be obtained from Bank Negara Malaysia (CCRIS). The records show my punctuality in paying back the hire purchase and the mortgage. As you may also notice from the records, I am also never failed (and always clear the bills before payment due date) in paying back the credit card bills. I trust my appeal will be looked at more favourable way than my original application and remember, I'm only a phone call away (0xxxxxxx from monday to friday and 0xxxxxxxfor the weekends), should you require any clarification from me or require sight of additional documentation (for examples, CPF statement or bank account transfer history statements); which will assist in you reversing the original decision and allow me the facility applied for. You may also contact me via the current email address.

In the meantime, I look forward to your response, hopefully with better news than last time, and to a future working relationship as my main credit card provider. If, in the meantime you require any additional info please get back to me.

想请问各位大大，可不可以用公司资料来support申请cc？

因为epf 我只是报2k上去，可是现在申请card，他们是直接print epf 出来看我们的salary~
那么我想申请ocbc 不是没有希望咯。。。
还是直接去银行申请比较好？

说到这个AEON,记得去年的12月15日才拒绝我,也是我最有机会又无奈的一间,话说,12月申请以后,一星期后就打电话来了,那个马来姑娘,从头问到脚,像查家门一样,还问我紧急联络人的地址,我说我没跟她住在一起,不知道,你想知的话,你打去问好了,这边关电话,那边就打去了,我在想从来都没有一间问成这样,应该是过关了,她还说你没有卡,我不能给你金卡普卡好吗?我心想那也好啦,2天后打到客服竟然是.........
