2. Genting Genomics has in turn acquired Edith Grove Limited ("EdithGrove") as its new wholly-owned subsidiary on 11 September 2008 forinvestment purpose. Edith Grove was incorporated on 3 April 2008 in theIsle of Man with an issued and paid-up capital of USD1/- comprising one(1) ordinary share of USD1/-. ("Acquisition")
3. Genting Overseas Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of theCompany has transferred its 100% equity interest in Dragasac Limitedcomprising one (1) ordinary share of USD1/- to Genting Genomics forcash at par on 11 September 2008 ("Re-organisation")
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/orpersons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in theaforesaid Incorporation, Acquisition and Re-organisation.
The aforesaid new subsidiaries are not expected to have any effect on the group's profit for 2008.
The Re-organisation has no impact on the net assets and earnings pershare of the Genting Group for the financial year ending 31 December2008.

没拆股的时候是40多吧。。。我记得。
拆过的时是5块左右。。。
风暴时10令吉左右。。。
如果风暴才要开始。。。你觉得现在这价钱值得买吗（没拆股的时候是40多块）？ |
