（吉隆坡6日訊）由於早前預測之馬股每日交易值量與實際情況出現約20%的落差，肯納格研究將大馬交易所（BURSA，1818，主板金融組）第二季淨利預測調低11至18%，至3千490萬令吉，同時目標價也隨之下調。

交易所預計本月18日公佈截至6月30日止的次季業績。

肯納格研究副研究主管陳建堯說，早前預測第二季營業額按季增長5.4%、按年揚14.6%至1億零590萬令吉，以及淨利按季揚4%和按年升18.7%至4千240萬令吉。當時的預測是估計馬股起伏高，料能吸引更多交易量。

不過，按照第二季實際市場數據假設，第二季淨利有下行風險，交易所的營業額因更低的交易量與交易值而遜色。第二季實際交易值是14.8億令吉，交易量則是11.4億令吉，遠比早前預測的18.6億與14.5億遜色20%。

“幸好這些遜於預期之業績，受到衍生產品期貨交易增長12.6%的交易值所抵銷，原棕油期貨交易為主要驅動力。”

因此，該行調整第二季營業額至按季挫6.9%及按年揚1.2%，至9千350萬令吉；淨利調整至按季挫14.4%和按年挫2.2%，至3千490萬令吉。

該行仍對馬股前景謹慎樂觀，調低2012與2013財政年淨利預測約5%至10%，分別為1億5千零70萬令吉和1億7千零50萬令吉。

基於全年淨利較差，同時調低派息率1仙至26仙，明年由33仙調低至29仙，派息率達90%。次季預計每股派13仙中期股息。

他認為，儘管預期第二季盈利較低，但該股仍是投資者參與馬股之卓越代表。

他說，馬股前景樂觀，預測年杪飆漲至1680點（早前預測為1650點），而12個月預測為1,750點。

“馬幣調整風險恐還要延續多一季，然而買進風險可獲資金充沛與大課題所抵銷。投資者持股應放眼第三季之後，以便在較強勁的第四季與明年第一季獲利。”

以交投值量來說，基於市場牛氣浮現讓投資情緒昂揚，今年下半年預測交投值量較第二季高出25%與27%維持“超越大市“評級，根據2013年23.3倍本益比，調低目標價至7令吉70仙，前為8令吉。

東盟交易網絡（Asean Trading Link）比原訂展延一個月推出，肯納格認為，未來12個月內，上述交易所尚不能積極作出貢獻。（星洲日報／財經）

你觉得 bursa 会冲到０７年最高时的半价吗？

我有买rm8，rm7.40，rm6.70---我自己都不清不楚咯！

还记得我第一次买 bursa 是在 ０６ 年，那时我买 RM7.30，
半年收了 ３ 次股息，RM９ 多卖了，，，！！！

希望再来一次 ０７ 年那样，不过我看机会很小。

    不会，等好价买掉一半，其实我是在6.14买 5.96在加马的。。。但愿大家都有钱赚。
